This was our second time staying at this property and it never fails to exceed our expectations! The neighborhood is beautiful, clean and safe which is great since we like to do a lot of walking. The home is cozy and beautifully decorated. The backyard is the shining star with the pool, spa, fire pit and lots of comfortable seating. Bryan & Lori are quick to respond and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. We love this VRBO!

Our family of 3 stayed in this beautiful home. We were allowed to bring our dog. We were also allowed to have 3 family members who reside in Lake Havasu to join us for dinner and sit around the fire pit. The game room and outdoor games were fun. We enjoyed the pool and the umbrellas to save us from the strong sun. This is more that a 5 star rental , and I highly recommend it.I can’t wait to come back to this rental.

The house was fantastic! Very clean, well organized and designed, great amenities, and quick communications with owners. The home is also located in a nice and quiet community. A perfect home for a family, but not too big for a couples getaway like we did.

Perfect in Every Way

We traveled from SC to AZ to visit family, and this house was perfect for our small group and two dogs. They have every amenity you can think of and more! It looks just like the photos, and is very well stocked and styled. Great location and neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Everything was great with this house! It is very comfortable and nicely done. It looks new, and is well decorated. The private backyard is perfect with games, the pool and hot tub. The location is ideal for what we wanted. It’s a nice, quiet residential area, but it’s a short drive to downtown and the bridge area. The game room/billiards room is in the garage (so you can’t park inside), but it is again so well done, with lots of games, and it’s a great highlight of the house. You do have to contact the host to get the pool or hot tub turned on, but they were great to work with and answer within minutes every time. I highly recommend this house!

Luxury 5 Star Accommodations and Service

Bryan is great and on point at all times making sure you and you guests are comfortable and have what you need. These spare no expense with linens towels, and all the little accessories in the house. Great place to stay. Everything is very clean and new. Book this house if it is available!!!

Immaculate and Beautiful

Home was immaculate, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Beds and linens were exceptional and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and grill. The backyard is amazing with beautiful mountain views, new pool, hot tub, gas fire pit and gas grill will all new landscaping. Bryan was a great host, checking in with us often. Will stay again!

Awesome house!

This house was so perfect for our family. My husband and brought our two adult children and 2 year old granddaughter. The pool is beautiful. The house was very clean (very important to me). There were even little extras like bathroom toiletries for my adult kids who didnt remember to bring everything! The game room was a great was the enjoy our time together when it was just too hot for the pool! Great house!

This immaculate home was done right! Beautiful furnishings and home decor throughout. Master bed super comfy, very cool master bathroom. No expense spared with the outdoor pool & spa, landscaping and entertainment area. This owner thought of everything including all the extra toiletry items. Fantastic! We didn't want to leave!

We could not have asked for a nicer property to stay at for our first time renting in Lake Havasu. The home was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed and was in a lovely neighborhood. Brian and Lorie Anne were very accommodating and quick to respond. They also honored a quote that they had given us last year about heating the pool even though neither of us could verify that conversation! The shining star of this home was the backyard/pool area! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, spa, and all the outdoor amenities. Having a TV in the backyard so that we could all watch the NCAA basketball tournaments while enjoying the beautiful weather was just the icing on the cake! The only downside was having to go home after being spoiled for a month. We would definitely rent this VRBO from Brian and Lorie Anne again!
