Unser Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet unweit des Zentrums von Ruhstorf an der Rott. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Café, Eisdiele sowie Restaurants finden Sie 500 Meter entfernt. Freizeiteinrichtungen wie Frei- und Hallenbad, Fitnessstudio und Radwege sind im Ort. In der Ferienwohnung befinden sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und, angrenzend ans Wohnzimmer, ein Einzelbett. Im Essbereich/Küche ist genügend Platz, um Ihr Frühstück oder Abendessen vorzubereiten. Sie kochen auf einem modernen Induktionskochfeld oder backen im kleinen "Pizza-Ofen". Eine nette und Hilfsbereite Fermieterin und ruhige Lage des Hauses. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort. Nur 8km entfernt ein tolles Fischrestaurant.

Ruhiges angenehmes Quartier für Erkundungen der Umgebung
Auch wenn Ruhstorf touristisch kein Magnet ist, so war für uns die Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Siedlungslage ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen in die nähere Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto: Passau, Bad Griesbach, Bad Füssing, Bad Birnbach, Schärding... In Neuhaus hat uns Hameldinger Hofladen fasziniert, auch der Neustädter Naturbadesee ist ein Geheimtipp.

Tadellose Unterkunft, nicht alles Abgesprochene wird eingehalten
Ein schönes Objekt in durchschnittlicher Lage, wenig Infrastruktuer.
Ein zweites Zimmer,vertraglich vereinbart, wurde erst nach Intervention freigegeben.Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder offen??
Wir müssen das nicht wieder haben.
