Perfect For Family

It was great, we enjoyed every square feet of the home. The full access to the elevator was perfect, one of my sisters walk with a walker so she was also able to just enjoy the entire places as well. My favorite place was the screened porch off the living area. We really enjoyed our selves and will book again soon if you guys will have us.

Fantastic short vacation!

We would highly recommend this property. House and location was everything we wanted. It was very clean and had lots of room. The teenagers enjoyed the game room, as did some of the adults. Close to a state park for walking and running. Hosts were easy to communicate with. We would give it 5 stars.

Wedding Weekend

We booked this location because it was near our wedding venue and we wanted our family to be together for the weekend. Doug was super prompt with any questions and his property is stunning and tranquil. We got plenty of family bonding time to soak in the moments as we went into our wedding weekend. The property was amazing. The elevator was very helpful but a little difficult to maneuver. The property looked like it had been recently sprayed for bugs but the 2nd level still had some bugs.

Nice location.

The property had ample room for our group to hideaway for a little alone time or mingle. The main floor's open concept is great while cooking in a well-stocked kitchen but staying connected to family. The ping pong, pool and foosball tables in the game room as well as kayaks and paddle boards for the lake were a hit. The lake view was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on Lake Wateree over Labor Day weekend.

We had a blast!

We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful and spacious home. The bedrooms were comfortable, we enjoyed the pool and ping-pong tables and spent a lot of time kayaking and floating in the lake. We also brought our little Jon boat. The boat ramp was right across the street and then we docked it at the house. The house stayed really cool despite the terribly hot weather and the kitchen was well stocked. The main space also had a lot of game tables and was much more spacious than we expected. There aren't any games, but we had brought some, so that wasn't a problem. Just an FYI, there are a lot of stairs getting up to the main level so loading and unloading was a little bit challenging. There is an elevator (which we did not expect) but it was not in service during our stay.

Great Lake Views

Spent Thanksgiving weekend in this lovely home. Owner was so accommodating and helped answer all the questions I pestered him with. House was immaculate and gorgeous with plenty of activities. Best part: the view of the lake on the dock in the early morning . Will return one day!
