This property comes with a 100' private beach. No need to get up and early and pack the car to get a spot on the beach! This beach is shared with only 2 other homes so there is plenty of space!! This is the ultimate in convenience. Just walk down the stairs and you are relaxing. Grill & outdoor shower are only if another home on the property is rented for the same dates. Parking for 1 car.
