Start your day with coffee in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Enjoy board games and fun-filled nights or unwind with a movie in the cozy living room. With spacious turf back yard, relax and enjoy the fresh air as you read a book or watch the kids play or even grill on a Saturday afternoon.

The master also has a beautiful walk in closet with a separate tub and shower. Upstairs we have 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms.

Turf in the back yard, a grill and 2 free parking spots on property.

Need to work? A dedicated office with high-speed Wi-Fi and two desks ensures productivity. Whether relaxing or exploring, enjoy comfort and convenience just 20 minutes from Omni PGA Frisco!

NB. The property does have surveillance devices, including security cameras and a smart doorbell. These devices are located on the outside of the property(above the garage to monitor the front of the house and in the back yard-above the back door and on the left and right side of the house). These ensure our home isn't damaged and to clarify any damage disputes

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We would appreciate it if you left the house in good condition; beds stripped, used towels and sheets in the laundry room, clean dishes and everything put back in the original position.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loud music after 10pm. No food excreta on the turf in the back yard. No food and drinks in the bedrooms. Add to cover food when using microwave.
On the last day put bedsheets, towels and trailers in the laundry basket.
No unapproved late checkout.
