Great Location, quiet, neighborhood. Stocked with everything you may need. Would be nice if it had a better view. In all had a great two months. Would stay here again
We stayed here for a month and thoroughly enjoyed it. We love this neighborhood and the house is nicely located. Lots of great walks and very peaceful setting. Beds are very comfortable and the oversize garage was a real pleasure. We would happily stay here again.

It felt like home as soon as we walked in (Maybe that’s not what you’re looking for but it was just comfortable and nicely decorated). I would stay here again next summer, but it’s already booked.

So happy to hear this! We want to keep the homey vibe for our guests. :) We appreciate the great review!
The property was really outstanding; beautifully decorated; yet quite homey. Living room furniture had lotz of wear, so we made note of that so we wouldn't be blamed for any of it later on. The only Nearly everything we needed. Had no Keurig coffee maker so we went and bought one! lolThe back yard was impressive also. Had BBQ grill which we used alot; a fun putter green; awesome seating and cute decor. The property was pet friendly and safe, but the back yard is all gravel and rock.
The home is new or recently renovated. Good location only a short drive to downtown Prescott. Beds are comfy master has a king bed the other two bedrooms only have full size beds which made it a tight squeeze for the other two couples. I recommend this home

Hi Jim,
Thank you for the wonderful review! Please keep us in mind should you visit the area again. You were an awesome guest!
We were impressed with the cleanliness and loved the location and the neighborhood. Many days when the weather was unsuitable for hiking, we just walked the streets, it was almost like hiking. Thank you for allowing the use of the garage, that was a first for us when using VRBO.

Thank you so much for the amazing review! We are so glad you enjoyed the house. You guys were great guests!
Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely 3 BR home. Positives include great location, nicely decorated newer home nestled in quaint & quiet neighborhood really close to town. The property was spotless and property management company easy to work with. Backyard was a real treat for afternoon relaxing & BBQ. Only downside was the kitchen has only very basic pans/utensils. There was a good collection of spices available.

Pines, puzzles, plates and peacefulness in Prescott
The house is very nice, the setting among the pines and boulders was very lovely and long walks through the neighborhood never failed to encounter the area wildlife. The kitchen is large and the knives are sharp, the backyard is cute and the grill worked well. A month in Prescott allowed us the relaxed time necessary to see the area sites and enjoy a little antiquing. A very nice time!
Loved the location, lots of bear statuary, could use more holders for wet towels in kitchen and bath.
A decorative brick from the front facade fell off and we left it on a bench in the garage.

So happy to hear you had a good experience! Thank you for letting us know about the brick and the wet towel holders. We hope to see you again in the future!
Overall, our stay was good. The property is in a good location and was reasonably well-equipped. Owners need to provide more towels and wastebaskets, and also increase the wattage of light bulbs in the bedrooms. Also, the directions for the TV services were a little off, but that didn't matter to us. Again, overall, we enjoyed the property and would stay there again.
Management was friendly and responsive. The home is fairly new and has an open floor plan ,so nice!
Perfect location 5 minutes from down town and many restaurants.
One of the best stocked homes even a bab stroller and portable bed (we didn’t need). I made Christmas fudge and had all the kitchen things I needed. We stayed the month of December and enjoyed the beautiful lit square even stayed for the boot drop, so fun. Highly recommend. Thank you
Great location just minutes to Whiskey Row. Also a good neighborhood to take a walk and see deer, turkeys, etc., just about everyday.
The bed in the master is very high...I am 5' 3" and was challenged getting up onto it. The other beds (doubles) really should be replaced - mattresses are on top of ancient box springs, ripped underneath. There is ample room for queen beds which is so much more comfortable for couples. Dressers would be nice as well.
Other than that, the house is spacious, the kitchen is very workable and the outdoor space is nice (it would be nicer if there were a dining/game table outside.)
All in all, we enjoyed our time there. Management and the owner were super to work with - absolutely no complaints there!
