Very clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

A lot of updating has been done to this home to make it feel safe and secure, incredibly clean, comfortable (eg, modern mattresses), extra amenities (extra toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, linens, etc -- things that other vacation rentals do not always have!), the updated property shows recently painted walls, new kitchen appliances, and newer other furnishings. Although we didn't use the pool table, it is a fun feature. Two things to note: the outdoor area (back yard) has not been updated and we would not consider it useable; second, the driveway is very small but useable to be able to park one car off the street. Our overall rating is 5 stars for this comfortable home with very easy access to Charlotte.

Great house

The house is in a great location. Ability to go anywhere in the city. House was super clean and everything in it was in great condition. When we return to Charlotte, we will definitely see if this place is available. Owner was also very fast to respond and accommodating.

Just what we needed!

The house was perfect! I was traveling with my cousin and her two young granddaughters. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, down to every detail. We very much enjoyed our stay.
