The house was exactly as described and a perfect location to our family in Belmont and Cramerton. We had a good time on the kayaks and there was plenty of room for the kids to run around.
My sister and I stayed at this house for 5 days and loved it. It was absolutely perfect for us. Very nice and relaxing, included everything that we needed for our stay.
Great + convenient location, quiet + nice neighborhood, beautiful property with well appointed outdoor areas & accessories (kayaks, life jackets, seating)
We have family in the area … this property provided a convenient & fun space for us to spend time together
We had a large group ranging in age from 5-61 staying in this home and it met all our needs! The views of the lake were stunning! We enjoyed the quick access to the lake for swimming and kayaking! Other than one small issue that was quickly remedied by the owners our stay was very relaxing! We would definitely consider renting this property again.

We are delighted you enjoyed the house so much and hope to see you again. We spoke to the cleaning company about the one set of missing sheets and they assured us it would not happen again!
This was a peaceful haven during a trip to Belmont for work at Belmont Abbey College. Having the lake in the back yard was beautiful. The residential neighborhood was safe for long walks. Shops and restaurants and the CLT airport are only a few miles away. Communication with the host was excellent.
The house is beautiful as is the view of the lake! Was definitely surprised that there was no coffee provided and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom when the house fits 10 guests. Both are very cheap and nice amenities to have for guests; would recommend adding.
Loved this place. Everything was just as nice as the pictures showed. The bed linens and towels were very nice--the nicest I've ever seen in a rental.
The lake was great. We rented a pontoon boat from getmyboat.com and had it for the whole weekend. It was all very nice and comfortable and we'd love to stay again.
What a great place to reconnect and relax! 10 girl cousins from all over the states reunited in this beautiful home. The area is beautiful and many enjoyed morning walks. We left once to go out to dinner but otherwise enjoyed the house and lake! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals we planned. The deck and dock were great! We fished, kayaked and paddle boarded while there. We also brought floats and enjoyed time in the cove’s water. Definitely a place to return to!
We absolutely loved this lake house. The house was very clean and spacious. It had plenty of entertainment for the kids with kayaks, board games, ping pong, and more. Waking up to the view of deer and a groundhog each morning was so peaceful. Would highly recommend.
We were very pleased with the accommodations! The house was as described, had a well-equipped kitchen, good mattresses and pillows, comfortable seating, and nicely decorated. Outside the view was lovely, comfortable outdoor seating, sweet deck and gazebo, and kayaks - which we used and enjoyed very much. Very nice and safe neighborhood. Highly recommend the Stowe Botanical gardens - stunning! The only issue was the French door lock malfunctioned but we reported it to the owner and she responded.
Overall a great property. We felt very much at home, plenty of towels and blankets. The TVs were nice. We wished the kayaks were in better condition and there were only two paddles for three kayaks. And more shade or rain cover over the deck would have been nice. Thanks for a nice stay!
We had a newborn baby in our family this year so we all met them in NC instead of them traveling to us. The house was perfect for all ages and we had a wonderful time. Our ages ranged from 2 weeks to 80 years. There was plenty of room to all get together and plenty of room to spread back out! We would love to go back again during lake season and take advantage of all the amenities. It was a beautiful property with a fantastic host.
We travelled from Canada to attend our daughters wedding and were determined to find a property that would provide all the features and amenities that which would create a lifetime of memories. Kelly, without questions is a terrific host extremely helpful, responsive and professional at all stages. Highly recommend staying at this oasis!
Excellent stay at a beautiful location - owners were so wonderful and even sent over fresh warm cookies when we temporarily lost power due to unforeseen weather - Great stay!
My daughter was getting married at Loray Mills and her bridal party stayed at this property. The house was nothing short of amazing. It was even better than the pics. Everyone was comfortable, perfect lighting for hair/makeup. I would recommend for any event. You will not be disappointed!!
Very nice, roomy and clean place to vacation with family. Nice level yard. Excellent view of the lake.
Attended a wedding at a near-by lake house. Will definitely keep this home at the top of the list.
Management (Kelly) was very helpful with all my questions.
Nice house. We’ll appointed. Right on the lake. 3 bedrooms and a couple of daybeds. A bit away from amenities but not excessive. Kayaks and fire pit were utilized. Presidents Cup trip. 30 min from Charlotte. 10 to Belmont. Worth checking out.
9 ladies spent 3 nights in this beautiful home....we felt welcomed and loved....everything was in working condition and the kitchen had everything we needed.
