Enjoy the best of both worlds - an awesome view of the Ocean and lush tropical gardens right outside your balcony!

Only steps away from the beach, the Pearl is located at the west end of North Coast Village and off of Oceanside's iconic Strand. Take pleasure in our fresh, great-smelling luxurious linens, King and Queen beds, big plush towels, fully stocked kitchen, beach essentials - umbrella and chairs, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, hairdryer, and free parking.

Plus, enjoy our welcome gift of either fresh fruit, muffins, or pastries - your choice!

Relax by a crackling fire (during winter months), a bubbling hot tub, or a cooling pool while the ocean roars at the Pearl!

At the Pearl, we strive to provide everything that we, ourselves, would want from a vacation getaway. A clean, safe place to stay where the view and time away is enjoyed every minute. Easy check-in and even easier check-out. You don’t have to strip the beds, do the laundry, take the garbage out, or do the dishes. We do all the cleaning for you. YOU are our top priority!

On Site: Spa, gym, pool, hot tub, ping pong, foosball, billiards, BBQ, koi pond, putting green, and laundry facility.
Off Site: Oceanside Pier, Oceanside Harbor shops and restaurants, California Surf Museum, Top Gun House, Oceanside Museum of Art. Learn how to ride the waves from a local surfer!
Only a quick Uber ride to Mission San Luis Rey, indoor skydiving, and outlet shopping, local wineries and breweries.

Thursdays: Check out the Oceanside Morning Farmers Market from 9-1 at the corner of North Coast Hwy and Pier View Way for delicious home-grown fruits and vegetables.
Oceanside Sunset Market also on Pier View Way from 5-9pm with local crafts and more. Both take place year-round.

NOTE: If booking within 48 hours of check-in date, guests are charged an additional, one-time $35 key-gathering fee. This is an un-avoidable fee, charged to us by our HOA.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Pile up all used towels in the shower.
That's it! We'll take care of stripping the beds and taking out the trash. Thank you!

Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind. Guests face $200 fee if violated.

Amazing host and such a warm, welcoming condo! Loved the fresh fruit and water they left for us in the fridge for our arrival, and all the hospitable touches throughout the place. Both mattresses were incredibly comfortable with great linens, and the rain shower-head was AMAZING. We loved our stay!

Absolutely excellent location!

Absolutely beautiful condo with a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. Steps away from the beach as well as all other amenities; like pool, hot tub, laundry, and games. Great little area to stay shops and restaurants.

Great accommodations. Extremely clean, well stock and supplied with more than we would have imagined. You can see the ocean and beautiful sunsets from the patio. Great pool, BBQ area and outdoor showers around the property. Walkability was perfect to the Oceanside Harbor, downtown Oceanside and the pier. We were visiting for the 40th annual Longboard Surfing contest which was so much fun!

The Pearl was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location in the complex was perfect so getting to the pool, beach, and parking garage was easy. The north-facing patio stayed cool all day and had a great view overlooking the beautiful grounds of NCV and the ocean/beach. The murphy bed was perfect for our little family of 3 and a smart addition to this condo.

Great spot at Oceanside

We have stayed at a few condos at this complex. Great location and amenities. This property was our favorite so far. The Murphy bed worked out great and we really appreciated the fresh fruit. Thanks for a great stay!

Pearl on the Strand is Superb

Although the check-in process was a little difficult, mostly because the parking lot was full, everything else from there forward was great. The property is beautiful and the condo is clean and nicely furnished. I plan to come back here in the future!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at The Pearl where the location was perfect. NCV is an amazing property and you are steps away from the ocean and a short drive from restaurants. The house had all the beach essentials we needed and was the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. Cindy was a great and communicative host.

Great Time at The Pearl

We would definitely recommend anyone to stay at the pearl. We had a great time. The pearl is kept in immaculate condition. It’s situated in the perfect spot within the North Coast Village property. You can see the ocean from the balcony.Cindy was an excellent host and accommodated all of our needs and was quick to respond with any and all of our questions. We will book again in the future!!
