Canal front beach house, 2.5 blocks 5 minute walk to the beach
South Bethany Beach house sits on canal that leads to Assawoman Bay. A fast walk to the beach since only two and a half blocks to beach. Guests can use our Kayak/life jackets and our bikes (But must sign waiver). New paint, floors, and furniture on top floor. Top floor includes large great room with windows overlooking the canal, sectional with TV and fireplace and an open kitchen/floor plan and dining room table that can seat 10. Downstairs is another 2nd living room with 50+ inch TV.

Live in Philly suburbs, owned the beach house since 2011. Our family loves the place along with Bethany and South Bethany beaches and bays
Why they chose this property
Fell in love with South Bethany after growing up on Jersey shore. My wife is a Delaware kid who convinced me to consider DE beaches when we decided to buy a second home. We love the canal access to bay, while still can walk to the beach
What makes this property unique
We removed a non supporting wall on the second floor to create a single, large great room living space. Kitchen opens up to TV/fireplace space, and dining area. Large bank of windows overlooks the canal
