NEW beach-modern farmhouse in South Rehoboth built in 2022. Professionally interior designed. Sleeps up to 12 people (max 9 adults) with 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, en suite bathrooms in all bedrooms, modern kitchen, coffee bar, wine bar, patio with pool (pool is open from May - Oct and heated during spring & fall ), outdoor fire table, grill & outdoor seating - endless entertainment. Sleep in comfort with luxury pillow top mattresses on all beds! (Renters will need to bring or rent their own sheets) Open floor plan with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your vacation. Conveniently located on 2nd ocean block, 5-minute walk to surf and sand and a 5-minute walk to restaurants and shops. Park your car for the week and walk everywhere! Wonderful vacation home for making lasting memories!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave (2) parking permit hang tags on the wall hook by the front door (for stays May 15 - Sept 15)
Seasonal: Close electronic pool cover and place pool sump pump on top of the cover; leave blue key in the control box
Turn off gas to the outdoor grill (lever should be perpendicular)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are 11pm-8am. No outdoor music, noise disturbances or disorderly conduct in the backyard/pool area.Police will respond to all complaints.
No parties or events, no unregistered overnight guests. Maximum occupancy allowed on the property at any time is 12 people.
Maximum occupancy: 9 adults or 12 total guests (adults not to exceed 9; 12 max - adults plus children).
