Welcome to this lovely beach house located in the gated neighborhood of Cypress Breeze Plantation. Nestled just a mile from the famous beaches of 30A, this picturesque community near Gulf Place offers the most impressive tropical resort swimming pool and waterfalls on 30A. The stunning blue waters of Santa Rosa Beach are just half a mile away.

This charming beach cottage is conveniently situated on a cul-de-sac near the tropical swimming pool at Cypress Breeze. Accommodating up to 8 guests, it features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a large living area. There’s also a loft with a workstation, including a desk, chair, and monitor. The screened patio and back porch, complete with a gas grill, provide ample space for the whole family to relax and unwind.

The cottage is beautifully designed to reflect the casual beach lifestyle expected along the shores of 30A. With all-new furnishings and comfortable bedding, you will be the first to enjoy this professionally decorated beach house. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and a full pantry are just the beginning. The sunny and spacious living room features a large flat-screen television and comfortable seating. The dining area seats eight guests and provides access to the back porch.

For your convenience, there is a full laundry room and complimentary Wi-Fi. All linens are laundered and sanitized at 180 degrees after every stay for your peace of mind. Enjoy the entire home in this wonderful family neighborhood, complete with an amazing community pool.

Cancellation Policy: Guests will receive a full refund (minus a $200.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; no refunds will be issued within 30 days of arrival.

Our online system, Happy Guest, allows you to complete everything on your phone. You’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to access your arrival instructions. Please note that arrival information will not be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if they are skipped. Your personalized guidebook will provide all the details about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout! - Check-out time is firm; no exceptions. A $125 charge may be applied if housekeeping is delayed due to late check-out.
