On the outskirts, 900 m from the centre of Schönecken, in a quiet position on top of a hill, 20 m from the edge of the forest, 25 km from the lake, 20 m from the stream. For shared use: park 1 ha, lawn for sunbathing 400 m2, pond. Table tennis, volleyball, patio (30 m2), barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the complex: reception, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking at the house. Central parking spaces. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 750 m, bar 10 km, bakery 1.2 km, café 1.2 km, bicycle rental 10 km, bus stop "Schönecken" 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 11 km, indoor swimming pool 11 km, bathing lake 20 km.
