The rental was in excellent condition and clean. The one bedroom, 2 bathroom, sofa bed, kitchen, and large table arrangement were perfect for our family. Major issue was the property management - late billing of deposit, unable to pay using a website, employees not trained to discuss payable amounts, repeated attempts to overcharge more than the expedia/vrbo confirmed price, and no check-in or check-out instructions. Strongly recommend that The Charter sever ties with East West Hospitality.
