modern new house with private pool for 4 persons, with free WiFi and aircon Casa Angel is a very nicely designed and high quality holiday home in Roche Viejo. The house was completed in 2016 and promises the perfect family holiday with the comfortable facilities and the pleasant large pool (4x8m). The beach of Fuente del Gallo is only about 1000m from the house.

Lounge with comfortable sofas, large TV with flat screen with spanish programs and also international satellite programs, air conditioning
Open kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge / freezer combination, ceramic hob etc. and all necessary kitchen utensils, dining area with chairs adjoining it
2 bedrooms, one with double bed (1.50 x 2,0 m) one with 2 single beds (90 cm wide), both with built-in wardrobes
Bath with shower, massage jets
Porch with dining table and chairs, on the pool terrace deck chairs and parasols. Here is also a brick barbecue.

Villa Angel

We enjoyed our stay very much. The swimming pool was lovely, a good size and accessible by steps. We found villa Angel to be very clean and comfortable. It is in a good area with good roads to many towns and villages. You can walk to the beach in around 15/20 minutes and there is a great restaurant and bar were the staff are very friendly. Overall a lovely holiday.

We stayed in Casa Angel for three week's in January 2023.... The location is excellent although we could imagine in the height to the season the road could be an issue for some people. The villa is excellent, every mod con for an extremely comfortable vacation is there, the bedrooms and bathroom are a very decent size with good storage. Outside is a very nice pool and great parking that doesn't interfere with the outside space. For the first 2 weeks the weather in the day was warm and not too cold at night...however the last week was cold and the villa isn't so well equipped for cold weather, that doesn't detract from th score we've given it. Perhaps a thicker duvets for the winter for those like us who are booking well out of season, and the Aircon turned to heat was adequate. Still...they are small things for that was the cornerstone to a fabulous 3 week holiday in the most stunning of environments

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinem Makel

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in der Case Angel.Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet mit allem was man so braucht. Der Aussenbereich ist gepflegt und das Sonnen untern den beiden Palmen ist toll.Bei der Lage müssen wir leider einen Punkt abziehen. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Das hat uns ein bisschen gestört.Ansonsten ein guter Aufenthalt.

Herbst in Conil

Wir waren 1 Woche in der Casa Angel und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr sauber gewesen und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Der Pool war noch in Betrieb und wir haben ihn trotz 3 Tage Regen benutzt. Die Lage ist trotz der Bundesstrasse super und man ist in ein paar Minuten in Conil oder an den wunderschönen Stränden der Costa de la Luz. Casa Angel können wir sehr empfehlen. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Muy bonita la casa por dentro, puesta al detalle, moderna y muy limpia. A 15 minutos andando de la playa Fuente de Gallo por lo q ha disfrutado muchísimo nuestra mascota, y a 5 minutos en coche de la zona comercial. La zona de la piscina genial, bastante grande con zona verde con 4 hamacas ideales para descansar. El anfitrión Ángel muy buena gente y muy pendiente de q estuviéramos agusto. Volveremos sin duda!

La casa es igual que en las fotos , estaba muy limpia, tenia todo el menaje que puedas necesitar mobiliario muy comodo, sobre todo el sofá , algo poco habitual en alquiler vacacional.El patio y la piscina genial . Nos ha encantado Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Wir waren Im März 20...

Wir waren Im März 2023 hier. Im Haus ist fast alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Nach kurzer Einweisung vom Eigentümer, der nur spanisch spricht und versteht, wurde uns das Haus sauber übergeben. Wünschenswert wären mehrsprachige Bedienungsanleitungen für die elektrischen Geräte und für evtl. Notfälle eine Auflistung der Notrufnummern. Auch bedürften die überwiegend blinden Trinkgläser einer Erneuerung und Erweiterung. Telefonisch war der Eigentümer immer erreichbar, freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell vor Ort. Direkt hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein kleiner landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb mit Kleinviehhaltung und mehreren großen Hunden, von dem einer tagsüber an der Kette gehalten wird. Obwohl in dieser frühen Jahreszeit die meisten Campingplätze und Restaurants noch geschlossen hatten, gab es schon von morgens bis Spätabends einen regen Straßenverkehr mit erheblicher Lärmbelästigung. Der Aufenthalt auf der Veranda und des gesamten Außenbereichs war dadurch sehr beeinträchtigt. Denn jeglicher Straßenverkehr verläuft über die direkt am Haus vorbeiführende Durchgangsstraße zwischen Conil und dem Hafen sowie einer von dort weiterführenden Straße nach Roche und weiter. Zahlreiche Campingplätze, Wohnanlagen, Strände, Badebuchten und 1 Hotel liegen dabei auf dem Wege.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie nicht so ganz zufrieden waren mit dem Haus. Die Vermieter sind sehr bemüht, aber die Lage an der Straße zum Hafen können wir und sie leider nicht ändern. Wir hatten dies auch in der Beschreibung so erwähnt. Dennoch hat das Haus viele Stammgäste.

Eine tolle Unterkunf...

Eine tolle Unterkunft die kaum lässt. Alles modern eingerichtet mit großem Privatpool.Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Hauptstraße die direkt vor der Unterkunft her geht. Haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt.
