Enjoy relaxing with your family while taking in amazing mountain views from every part of this property. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this 2,100+ sf home has a private backyard with spacious covered patios, gas grill and ample outdoor seating plus a fire pit. Well equipped kitchen. Nearby spray park and playground a block away. Located less than 5 minutes to I-70 and less than 10 minutes to I-25.
Sleeps 11 comfortably. Large Master w/ King, 1 BR has a Queen and another has a Queen and bunk beds that sleep 3 children. The 4th has 2 Twin beds. Large bathroom in Master BR plus another full bathroom all located upstairs. Half bathroom is downstairs. Futon in bonus room can add additional sleeping.
Property Manager right next door in case anything is needed. Close to shopping and freeways but without the noise or traffic. 45 minutes to White Sands.

Very satisfied with my stay!

This is a beautiful house in a safe and quiet area, just outside of town. One of the few rentals I've seen with a fenced off grass yard on LC. The owner was very helpful and responsive, and even went above and beyond to be accommodating. I recommend this home for stays of all sizes.

Great place

Very nice place in a quiet neighborhood, had everything we needed. Owner was responsive when there was a problem with the first night we were booked. I would recommend this to anyone needing a place in Las Cruces. Thank you.

Bataan Memorial March

Our group was in town for the Bataan Memorial march at White Sands missile base. The house was perfect for us and would definitely rent again. Communication was prompt and everything was just as advertised.

Spacious and Comfortable Home! Great Value!

We stayed here for a family visit. The house is large and comfortable. A great value! Plenty of space for my family to spread out. Home was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. It is also tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. Yard and patio are great for hanging out. If you have young children, there is a park right across the street. Property owner is great and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Las Cruces trip

Stayed for 2 weeks. Perfect location close to alot of places. Quiet neighborhood. Owner was great to work with. Only complaint was wish the master bedroom was on the main floor. It wasn't listed that all bedrooms were upstairs when we booked but they have now put a note in listing.

Very Nice house and residential area. Our 1 suggestion is to list that all the bedrooms are upstairs. We had some older adults that struggled with the stairs. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great stay!

Nice and quiet neighborhood. We also had a nice engagement with the property manager checking in to see if we needed anything. The outside trash can was full so he carried several bags to his own can to make some room. He welcomed us to knock on his door if we needed anything during our stay.

Came to Las Cruces to drop my son off for college at NMSU. The house was only 15 minutes away. There was a small Town about 6 minutes away for shopping. The house was very nice and met our needs. Very cute back yard and a nice view of the mountains

New Year's in Las Cruces

We had a good stay over the new year at the Las Cruces house. It's a comfortable, nicely-decorated home with lots of space in a pretty quiet neighborhood. Convenient to hop on 70 to go to White Sands or into the city. Carl was very responsive to our messages and it was helpful to have someone close by (neighbor) to help when needed. Only thing to note is to bring your own shampoo/shower soap (and detergent if you'd like to do laundry). We enjoyed our first visit to Las Cruces and were glad to have a comfortable place to stay!

Very well appointed and stocked in all areas. Great communication with owner. Only fallback was the lawn out back could have used a mow especially to help reduce the mosquitoes. Obviously they aren't completely avoidable, but think that might have helped. Otherwise, this is a fantastic place to stay in a very comfortable neighborhood. I highly recommend.
