We stayed Thursday to Monday morning. Property was in a very quiet neighborhood. The photos matched their photos from online. Didn’t need assistance with anything so we didn’t need to communicate. House was very pretty.
Great stay, clean home and perfect location to go on day trips both north & east of the city. Maybe mention that sleds are available to use for the White Sands.
As noted by previous guests. No corkscrew to open wine Found towels when we left in the tumble dryer! TV remote - no batteries in 3/4 TVs Empty shower gel bottle in shower Host / Agent contacted during stay but no reply
We enjoyed our stay. We were there for a funeral but having family all together in this beautiful house was wonderful.
If you need a place in Las Cruces, this is it. We would stay here again.
The house is beautiful and we were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we have a chance. Las Cruces is not very big so it's not too far from everything.
Easily the best property I’ve stayed at. Spacious, modern, clean, and nicely provisioned and decorated. Host was very accommodating and flexible when I asked to add another day. Fantastic experience.
The property was just as pictured. House located in a fairly new, quiet neighborhood. House was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.
The house was very comfortable for our extended stay. Garage space is available. The neighborhood is very quiet and also walkable. There’s a park within walking distance with a small playground for young kids. BE ADVISED: we really had hoped this pet-friendly home would have a usable backyard for our dog as its fenced BUT without it being landscaped, there are tons of goathead burrs which are very hard and extremely sharp which adhere to paws AND your shoes! So alas, the dog soon learned it couldn’t go off the back cement patio! Beds were comfy. Master bath is wonderful. Shampoo/conditioner provided. Kitchen has a nice pantry and there were coffee pods and powdered creamer provided. We cooked most of our meals in house. Appliances are great. As for places to see: our fav was White Sands National Park & there are 4 saucer sleds to use on the dunes. We took a day trip to Valley of Fire lava field and then Three Rivers Petroglyphs site. Highly recommend both! We had a fun dinner at Sparky’s in Hatch. We did another day trip to Cloudcroft’s historic trestle site and recreation area. We also went to Elephant Butte State Park. What a great recreational place. The dog got to swim and had a blast. If you’re looking for talavera pottery I suggest Casa Bonita. Wonderful place to walk for people and pets are both Veteran’s Park on Roadrunner Dr as well as La Llorona Park which is alongside the Rio Grande. Dona Ana trailhead is a matter of minutes away and is a nice walk in the desert.
The house is luxurious with great kitchen, bathrooms, and living area. Some items missing in the kitchen (colander, corkscrew, salad bowl) but pretty minor in the context of the entire experience. It's a great house.
Stayed here with family for the Bataan Memorial Death March at White Sands. House was immaculate, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again, only complaint: Owner didn’t reply to my messages sent through the app.
House was outstanding, yard was nice size for dogs but a little sandy which resulted with them tracking it into the house.Lock on door did not work needed key to enter. Could use bathroom rugs when getting out of shower or tub.
We we really did enjoy our stay however, there are many things you can improve on number one put the Internet password so people can download books to the Kindle more towels, more wash clause. You’re really light on linens. The icemaker is not working the water dispenser on the fridge aren’t working, so there’s a maintenance item she need to go through there and fix. Thank you.
We booked this property in July for my daughter’s graduation from nursing school in December. Communication with the owner was non existent. He didn’t answer back for months. Our plans changed a couple of weeks before our reservation and we needed to alter our stay. Communication was slow again. The night we got to the property the access code didn’t work. The owner was non responsive. We finally gave up, submitted our cancellation and went to find a hotel. Since it was graduation weekend, hotel rooms were scarce and we ended up searching for multiple ones. We would never, under any circumstances, recommend this property!
This new, open concept house, had everything we needed: a large main bedroom with an ensuite with both a luxury shower and jacuzzi tub, a walk-in closet, a fully equipped kitchen, 2nd bath, a washer/dryer, and three total bedrooms.
The modern kitchen had adequate utensils, but the silverware could have been better quality and we could have used a cutting board and colander. I did like the Kerug coffee machine and fully-stocked coffee supplies.
The living room had a giant TV with Xfinity programming (but we preferred our own Roku which was easy to hook up).
The second bathroom had a couple of maintenance issues: the shower diverter was missing and the toilet paper holder was loose. But it was very clean with all-new fixtures.
We would have liked to use the garage, but it was being used for storage.
The WiFi was excellent. The air conditioning kept the house comfortable even when temperatures outside were over 100 degrees.
Overall it was an excellent value and provided a great place to stay while in Las Cruces.
