On the main floor this home features 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas and 2 kitchens - this place is perfect for anyone looking for a comfortable stay. In the family room enjoy a large 55" TV with Telus cable. The large gourmet kitchen is stocked with all your needs whether you're preparing breakfast for the family or cooking a feast for your friends. Plan on entertaining? Make use of the secondary prep kitchen. Not planning to cook? Gather around the large island for some chats and laughs! This floor also has a bedroom and powder room.

This home boost 5 bedrooms and 3 of them having their own ensuite bathroom. There are 4 bedrooms on the upper floor. The 4pc master bathroom includes a jetted tub and stand up shower.

Enjoy summer days relaxing on the covered patio and watch the kids play on the grass in the gated backyard space.


Head to BC's biggest mall - Metropolis at Metrotown located only a short 7 min drive away. A 10 min drive will get you to Deer Lake Park. Free street parking in front of the house. Please note there are tenants in the basement suite. They will not share any of the space with you, they have their own entrance on the side of the house.

    If possible, we kindly ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible.
    Leaving the property tidy, run the dishwasher, start a load of towels (with oxi-clean please) and gathering the garbage/recycle is greatly appreciated!
    Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
    Our home is in a residential neighbourhood. Out of respect for our neighbours, large social gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings) are prohibited.
    Pls note there are tenants in the basement suite. They will not share any of the space with you they have their own entrance on the back of the house.
