Welcome to Lüttingen

The fishing village on the Rhine is located directly on the Xanten South Pacific. In less than five minutes you can reach the Xanten port (Plaza del Mar) from our apartment. Our apartment is located on the first floor of an old farm, which for decades served as a village pub and is now home to an antique shop.


Room with cathedral and lake view

The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a living and dining room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request. The apartment is ideal for two people, but a comfortable sofa bed can also accommodate four adults

Our 69 m² apartment is located on the first floor of an old farm that is now home to an antique shop. The courtyard previously served as a village pub for decades.

Urlaub in Xanten

Der Check in war problemlos, "Schlüsselübergabe" mit einem kleinen Kästchen zeitlich unabhängig. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine schöne Größe, völlig ausreichend für ein paar Tage zu zweit. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu Wünschen übrig :-( Die gesamte Ablage Fläche in der Küche klebte , die wunderschöne Porzellan Etage in der Kücke klebte vor Dreck. Das gleiche, in den Schubladen und in den Schränken. Dort wurde schon seit langen nicht mehr sauber gemacht. schade. Manches Geschirr und Besteck mochte man gar nicht anfassen. Ebenso die Schränke im Bad. die Krönung war der Schrank im Schlafzimmer, als ich die Einlegeböden mit einem Feuchttuch auswischte, stand dieser vor Dreck. Wir haben dann alles mit Küchenrolle ausgelegt, damit wir unsere Sachen sauber ablegen konnten. Das habe ich so bisher in keiner Ferienwohnung erlebt. Die nahe Umgebung hat uns gut gefallen, Xanten ist ein wunderschönes kleines Städtchen.

Urlaub am Niederrhein

Wir wohnen gar nicht weit von Xanten entfernt und waren auch schon häufiger für Tagesausflüge dort. Wir wollten die Stadt auch einmal ohne nachmittägliche Rückreise genießen und haben einen Kurzurlaub dort verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr groß, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles super organisiert und man kann den archäologischen Park und die Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Am Südsee ist man unmittelbar und kann sich dort auch auf einer Terrasse schön ins Café setzen. So kam trotz des kurzen Aufenthalts das richtige Urlaubsgefühl auf 👍🏻🧳 Vielen Dank für den schönen Kurzurlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder! 😊😊😊

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten in der Ferienwohnung einen schönen Kurzurlaub für ein verlängertes Wochenende. Die Wohnung ist schön und in netter Umgebung, sehr dörflich in direkter Seenähe gelegen. Der Kontakt via E-Mail und die Schlüsselübergabe über die Schlüsselbox hat super funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mooie, goede ingericht vakantiewoning op een goede locatie. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar en haar schoonvader werkt in de antiekhandel onder de woning en is ook heel hulpzaam.Alle faciliteiten aanwezigheid inclusief een keuken en ikon ik de wasmachine gebruiken.

Nord- und Südsee gleich um die Ecke - das kann nur Xanten sein :-)

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist klasse. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und eine tolle Urlaubswoche gehabt.
