We enjoyed our stay here. Supermarket, and take-out runs are within half and hour. The property manager/staff are easy to reach and check-in reminders was days ahead and gave clear and consice instructions. The property is great, clean and nicely appointed.There beds could be better though which were older sqeaky spring mattresses. Otherwise the beach views and access is unbeatable.

Summer kick-off getaway

The house was just as pictured and accommodated ages 4-64! Beautiful bay views! Beach right outside back door! Upstairs was great for a family with kids. Downstairs bedroom great for grandparents… would have loved a king bed. We had a wonderful week!

East Sandwich getaway

We loved everything about our stay. The house was clean, and had a fence out the back door which is a good buffer for children or pets. The best part was being right on the beach and the ability to walk any out to the water anytime. The street is also a pretty quiet road and easy to walk on. Even when the weather is unfavorable, you have a beautiful view from the house.

We arrived at the house at 4 p.m. (our check in time) only to be greeted by the cleaners stating they were not done and could we wait "as there was sand everywhere". They came out at 4:45 p.m. and we were able to get into the house then, but it was not very clean. Sand on all the floors so we spent over an hour cleaning the floors on both levels. The table was sticky everywhere and counters were as well. Very disappointing and not the way you wish to start your stay. We had a nice week but the day before we were due to check out power was lost at 4 p.m. on a 98 degree day. We did not receive any communication from the property managers and at 8 p.m. we could not take the heat any longer and communicated to them we were checking out early to drive home. This was a big inconvenience and after we told them why we were checking out they wrote it wasn't their fault as it was an island wide issue and over half of their properties were affected. It would have been good if they would have communicated this to us when it happened and they knew.

We have followed up with our cleaning team to reinforce the importance of ensuring the floors, tables, and counters are thoroughly cleaned and ready prior to guest arrival. Regarding the power outage, we understand how frustrating it was to lose power on a 98-degree day. The outage was Cape-wide and impacted more than half of the homes we manage, so unfortunately it was outside of our control. We also understand your concern regarding communication during the outage and appreciate you sharing this feedback with us.
