My husband and I enjoy having guests stay at our short term rental. In our free time we enjoy hiking the beautiful trails, spending a day at Wash Park and having dinners on Pearl or Gaylord St. We are originally from Chicago, but have lived in Denver for 29 years now. We love the weather and all the days of sunshine Colorado has to offer.
Why they chose this property
Wash Park is a beautiful area in Denver. This home you can walk to restaurants, shops, and the Park. Go 2 blocks to take the light rail downtown or drive the 15 minutes to downtown. Easy access to the highway. The home has a separate office attached to the garage for those private conference calls and an Oasis backyard to relax and have a bbq while enjoying the sunny Colorado weather. We are close to Denver University to visit your child and catch a sporting event.
