Beautiful newer Lake Winnipesaukee Waterfront Guesthouse in Center Harbor! Kid-friendly Sandy beach, dock space for a 26+foot boat, fire pit, Beautifully landscaped yard . With off-street parking for 3 cars, guest house is connected to the Main house via 24 ft Breezeway . The guesthouse is private has its own entrances and driveway. New Webber Gas grill many amenities . Great location walking distance to everything! 10 minutes to Weirs Beach .

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher an run. Cleaners are on a tight schedule. If outside grill was used please make sure it is clean.
