Kid-friendly Sandy beach, dock space for a 23’ foot boat, fire pit, Beautifully landscaped yard . With off-street parking for 3 cars. The guesthouse is private has its own entrances and driveway. Private beach use of dock for 23ft boat and all water toys New Webber Gas grill many amenities . Great location walking distance to everything! 10 minutes to Weirs Beach .

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please adhere to 10am checkout time. Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher an run. Cleaners are on a tight schedule. If outside grill was used please make sure it is clean. Thank You
And strip beds to mattress pad . Place all at bottom of stairs in breezeway. (Please leave comforters on bed )
Make sure all windows and doors are locked and secured. Turn heat /ac to 68 .
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

There is some smaller firewood down beach . If planning on having larger fires or burning a bunch of wood please grab some
Mandatory recycling Trash that exceeds receptacle must be taken with you.Strip beds and leave soiled sheets and towels on breezeway floor

Close to everything but not to crowded. Great restaurants.
Min walk to supermarket and DD.
Ice cream stand across the street.
