A park-like garden with 100 year old lime trees and magnolia, and pine trees, wild grapes, ivy and flowers. Luxurious entrance with granite paving stones and wrought white granite paving stones.
Ideal infrastructure, countless hotels, restaurants, schools, shops of every kind and manner, doctors, high school famous Sacre Coeur, etc. .. in the immediate vicinity.
15 minutes walk to the Vienna Woods Lake. 10 minute walk to the public pool Press Tree. 5 minute walk to the local train to Vienna. In 20 minutes at the Westbahnhof (U3 and U6) or 15 minutes in Hütteldorf (U4).
