Vienna Stay

The apartment was lovely, accommodating one young couple and myself easily. No problem for the young people, but I did have a bit of difficulty with all the steps to the apartment on the third floor (I am over 65). It was very easy to get back and forth to the city by local transit. We bought a three day pass.

Perfect for a short stay

Good connection with metro to the centre, nice neighborhood but pretty hot due to temperatures above 30 degrees. With open windows there is some “city noise” which we are not used to. Birgit is a very kind and helpful host, so all in all I would recommend it if you want to visit Vienna.

Die Wohnung war supersauber , sehr gemütlich und zweckmässig eingerichtet..es fehlte nichts...es gibt überhaupt nix zu beanstanden..Besonders hervorzuheben sind auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsanbindungen in Wien .man muss nie länger als 4 Minuten warten.Die Wohnung ist auch sehr nah an der UBahn und war perfekt für uns...

Schönes Apartment mit toller Ausstattung

Wir haben als Familie 4 Nächte im Apartment gewohnt und waren sehr zufrieden. An Ausstattung war alles da, was man sich nur vorstellen konnte, sehr sauber. Checkin und Checkout sowie der vorherige Austausch zur Anreise waren sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir kommen bei unserem nächsten Wienbesuch gerne wieder.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für den Wienbesuch

Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen. Vom 16. Bezirk Ottakring aus kommt man sehr gut mit den Öffis überall hin. Die Wohnung ist toll und sehr gut ausgestattet. Gottseidank hatten wir in jedem Zimmer einen Standventilator, die die Temperaturen erträglicher machten. Gerne kommen wir wieder

Sehr saubere Wohnung. Empfang und Ablauf sehr, sehr nett! Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre genommen und die Lage ist etwas abgelegen aber mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Wien

Die Wohnung ist hell, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben, wie z.B Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Fön, gut ausgestattete Küche, Spülmaschine und Handtücher. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundich und sehr gut erreichbar. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man die U3, die in die Innenstadt fährt. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft ist auch ganz nah gelegen. Das Auto haben wir im Parkhaus Ottakring ganz in der Nähe sehr preiswert geparkt. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfektes Objekt für eine Sightseeing Tour

Super sauber, schön eingerichtet, in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht. In der Umgebung gibt es alles nötige wie Ubahn Station, Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Super petit appartement dans un quartier calme et bien desservi par les transports en commun. Ville très agréable. Petits bémol , pas de micro-ondes comme indiqué sur le site et parking possible seulement à 10 minutes à pied.

Praktische Wohnung in multikultureller Umgebung mit guter Verkehrsanbindung

Die Wohnung in Wien-Ottakring liegt im dritten Stock eines klassischen Wiener Mietshauses. Sie ist praktisch eingerichtet und verfügt über alle inserierten Ausstattungsmerkmale (einschließlich eines voll funktionsfähigen Röhrenfernsehers). Im Sommer waren die beiden Standventilatoren unersetzlich! Die Übergabe war problemlos (2 Paar Schlüssel) und in fußläufiger Entfernung gibt es ein Parkhaus mit sensationell günstigen Preisen (6€/Tag). Alle Verkehrsmittel sind in der Nähe (z.B. U3-Endhaltestelle) zu Fuß erreichbar. Empfehlenswert!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Von der Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit der Vermieterin bis zur Schlüsselübergabe hat alles absolut reibungslos geklappt. Die gute Lage hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen.
