Nice little apartment in a great location

This apartment had everything we needed. It is well maintained, the owner is very friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent for exploring Vienna. There is an U-bahn station less than five minutes walk away which connects to everywhere in town. Around the corner is the Brunnermarkt where you can find all kinds of fruits, vegetables, meat, etc. The Gurtel, which is full of bars & clubs, is less than ten minutes walk away. The neighborhood is lively without being as packed as the Inner Stadt. The apartment was plenty large for the two of us, although it might be a little tight for more than that. We would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely apartment

Me and my friend stayed here for four nights whilst on holiday in Vienna. It is in a fantastic location for exploring the Brunnenmarkt, and is about a 20 minute walk in to a more central part of Vienna. It is close to bars, supermarkets and a play park, yet is still a quiet area. The tube station is around a 5 minute walk away. When we arrived, the landlady's sister warned us that we may experience problems with local men, however we felt very safe in the neighbourhood both during the day and at night time and experienced no problems at all. The apartment is spotlessly clean and well equipped with towels, kitchen utensils, bathroom and kitchen products. It is small, but it was the perfect size for two people, especially as we spent the majority of our time outside exploring. We did have issues with the shower, which did not stay hot, however we were more than happy to bath instead. Thank you for making our holiday so great!

Das Haus ist für eine Ferienwohnung vollkommen ungeeignet, da extrem hellhörig. Darüber hinaus gibt es Bewohner, die sich absolut überhaupt nicht an irgendeine Ordnung halten. So fanden z.B. Umzüge am 4. Adventssonntag sowie am Heiligabend um 18 Uhr (!!) statt.- Welch ein Krach! Auch schlugen diese Bewohner regelmäßig zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit die Türen zu. Während einer ganzen Nacht spielte ein angrenzender Nachbar lauteste Musik ab.Zum Zustand der Wohnung: die Sauberkeit war miserabel, da schlecht geputzt. Die Badewanne ist so verdreckt, dass diese nicht mehr ohne weiteres zu reinigen ist. Der Wasserkocher war überhaupt nicht zu gebrauchen, da reiner Schrott- die Innenwandung aus Kunststoff löst sich auf, erst recht beim Erhitzen. Das Gefrierfach des Kühlschranks war wohl schon seit Monaten nicht mehr abgetaut worden, es bestand aus einem einzigen Eisblock. Somit unbenutzbar!! In der Wohnung gibt es nur einen einzigen Gasofen, der die gesamte Wohnung heizen muss. Das reicht noch für die angrenzende Küche aus, jedoch nicht für das weiter entfernte Bad. Dort bleibt es kalt, was nicht hinnehmbar ist, noch dazu, wenn die Besitzerin in der Detailbeschreibung behauptet, es sei ein Heizstrahler vorhanden, dieser jedoch nicht vorhanden ist. Der absolute Höhepunkt jedoch ist, dass es im Wohnzimmer zwei Steckdosen gibt, die nicht mehr fest in der Wand verankert sind.Das ist ein Sicherheitsrisiko, wie wir es bei Ferienunterkünften noch nie gesehen haben.

Hôtesse accueillante, Appartement très propre, situé à 5 minutes des métros et tramways, accès au centre de Vienne par les lignes U3 puis U6, à 3 minutes d'un marché (fruits, légumes, viandes et fromages). Super marché et pharmacie à 10 mn.

Sauberkeit

Wohnungsübergabe kurzfristig eine Stunde später als ursprünglich vereinbart , da die Vermieterin später von der Arbeit wegkam und davor die Wohnung noch putzen musste . Bett war frisch bezogen . Handtücher frisch gewaschen . Toilette und Waschbecken im Bad und Spüle in der Küche sauber . Ansonsten an mehreren Stellen Schmutz , der älter als eine Woche war , z.B. die Badewanne ( sehr schmutzig ) , Staub unterm Bett . Wir haben auswärts gefrühstückt und bei Verwandten , die in der Nähe wohnen , geduscht , die Wohnung nur zum Schlafen benutzt . Wir hatten auch unsere Kleidung im Koffer gelassen , da wir die Schränke nicht wirklich nutzen wollten. Im Spiegelschrank im Bad befanden sich noch zahlreiche fremde Kosmetikartikel. In den Küchenschränken ,zwischen Geschirr ,angebrochene Lebensmittelverpackungen , alles durcheinander .Nach unserem Aufenthalt kam die Frage der Vermieterin , ob wir wüssten , wie es dazu kommen konnte , dass was am Duschkopf abgebrochen ist . Ich habe ihr dann geantwortet , dass wir die Dusche sowie die Küche gar nicht benutzt haben und ihr Fotos von sehr verschmutzten Küchenutensilien etc. geschickt . Als Antwort kam lediglich , dass sie davon absieht , eine Gebühr für den kaputten Duschkopf zu verlangen und die Reparatur selbst bezahlt und dass im Wannenabfluss schwarze längere Haare gewesen wären und von wem die wohl stammten ? Die Fotos wurden nicht von ihr kommentiert . Insgesamt leider nicht so schön . Schade .

Perfekt für einen längeren Wien--Besuch

Wir waren 7 Tage in der FeWo, die dafür super geeignet und v.a. ausgestattet ist. Küche & Bad - mit allem was man benötigt, ein großes Bett, TV&ein paar Reiseführer und Bücher. In unmittelbarer Umgebung ist täglich Markt, daneben Supermärkte, viele tolle Restaurants und Bars (Yppenplatz). Der Bahnhof Josefstädter Straße (U6) ist Fußläufig (ca. 7 min.) gut zu erreichen. Alles in allem: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sagen Danke :)

Gemütliche Wohnung in optimaler Lage

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so während des Aufenthalts braucht. Sie bietet ausreichend Platz und Bequemlichkeit. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und herzlich von der Vermieterin in Empfang genommen. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Lage. Straßenbahn und U-Bahn sind bequem zu erreichen und der Yppenplatz bietet mit den Restaurants und Bars viele Möglichkeiten, den Abend nett zu gestalten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Sehr sehr angenehm

Die Unterkunft war spitze, alles sauber und man hat sich wohl gefühlt. Direkt 50 m weiter war der Wochenmarkt. Man kam überall relativ schnell hin. Wir waren 1 Woche dort (2 erwachsene 2 Kinder ). Und würden immer wieder diese Unterkunft bei unserem nächsten besuch buchen. Vielen Dank für das freundliche willkommen heißen und alles liebe :)

Alles Perfekt

Ich war eine Woche in Wien, da ich schon öfter in Wien war kannte ich mich wunderbar aus, es wurden aber auch Stadtkarten usw angeboten. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und es gab alles was man so braucht. Das Bett war groß und gemütlich. Die lage war auch super, 3min Fußweg zur U6! gerne wieder! :-)

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Нашей семье очень понравилось отдыхать в квартире Анжелы. Удобное расположение. Рядом остановки общественного транспорта, различные магазины и кафе. До центра Вены за полчаса можно дойти пешком по красивым улицам. Сама квартира очень удобная и в ней приятно находится, зимой обогревается газом. Есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи, стиральная машина, даже гладильная доска и утюг. И цена для Вены приемлимая. Нам очень понравилось!

Super freundliche Gastgeberin, alles sehr unkompliziert und wie beschrieben. Gerne wieder.

Lage am U- Bahnnetz sehr günstig, um in die Stadt zu fahren. Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Selbst einige Lebensmittel waren da. Die Wohnung könnte durch den Gasofen schnell erwärmt werden. Alles Perfekt.

gemütliche, saubere und ruhige Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir hatten einen einmalig schönen Aufenthalt in Wien, Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und noch mehr. Der Kontakt mit Frau Brunner vorab war supernett - sehr flexibel bei An- und Abreisezeiten. Die Lage ist nah an Tram bzw. U-Bahn-Haltestellen. Kurzum sehr zu empfehlen.
