Our spacious apartment (89 sqm) is modernly equipped: • A large living room / dining area with kitchen invites you to cook together and social evenings. • With the 46 "TV with CD / DVD and Blu-Ray player and Dolby surround system you will not be bored even in bad weather. • The modern kitchen is equipped with every comfort: microwave, built-in oven, fridge, separate freezer, washing machine and dryer,,, • Enjoy the hours by the fireplace during the cold season. • Sleep in 2 full bedrooms with double beds (1.80m x 2.00m). • 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub) are at your disposal. • Enjoy your own terrace • Our apartment offers plenty of space and comfort; It does not matter if you spend your holidays with your family or with friends on Sylt. • In good weather, the private terrace with beach chair invites you to linger or visit on foot the Westerland shopping area or the beach promenade with entertainment in the Musikmuschel. • In bad weather or in the cooler months, enjoy a hot bath or spend a few hours by the fireplace.

The newly built in 2014 Pix Hues is within walking distance, as it is only about 500mtr. from Westerland train station. To the Westerland city center is also about 500mtr. This is a total of around 400mtr. long. This will take you directly to around 900mtr. to the main beach of Westerland (transition Friedrichstraße). Next supermarket: ALDI in about 200mtr.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 23:00 and departures from 05:00 to 10:00.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Noch mal vielen Dank an Vermieter. Wohnung ist sehr warm, gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Ein tolles Objekt mit allem was man im Urlaub benötigt. Super sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Ausgezeichnete, ruhige Lage mit kurzem Weg zur Friedrichstraße. Wir waren begeistert und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Einfach mal raus

Super Lage, sehr Zentral, so wie beschrieben, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Kennenlernen der Insel ist eine Inselrundfahrt zu empfehlen, man erfährt viel über die Insel und könnte die schönen Ecken anschließend mit dem Rad befahren. Uns haben die Sonnenuntergänge gefallen, auf dem Ellenbogenberg und am roten Kliff, eine Reise wert, wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!
