This 3-room holiday apartment (approx. 65 square metres) is located on the upper floor and top floor of a country-style semi-detached house in the northern part of Westerland and can accommodate up to four people. Book the lower apartment, Ammerland 1, as well, and you’ll have room for 8 people. Upon entering the holiday apartment, you’ll find yourself directly in the bright living room (flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, stereo system, CD player) with a high-quality sofa set and a dining area featuring ergonomic leather chairs. Adjacent to this is an open, fully equipped kitchen (ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, espresso machine (Nespresso), drip coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer) where you’ll find everything you need. From here, you step out onto the south-facing, furnished balcony, which is the perfect spot to relax and spend time together. On this level, you’ll also find one of the cosy double-bed bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a towel dryer, and a hair dryer. A staircase leads up to the attic, where the second double-bed bedroom is located. In addition to an ironing board and iron, the apartment is of course equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Please note that this holiday rental is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. A parking space is available at the house.
