Please no music or loud noises outside the home. House is monitored with NoiseAware devices for noise, as well as video surveillance on the EXTERIOR of the property which includes the front, side, back and as well as pool/hut tub areas for guest safety and disputes.

We have a private basement for you to use which you are more than welcome to have music and enjoy by the bar but just keep doors closed so neighbors are not disturbed. Please note this is a vacation home so when propane or gas is low you may need to go change the tank at the closest gas station. We will reimburse you for the cost of the tank exchange.
