We had a great stay at the condo, Heather the owner was very responsive. The condo was well equipped and easy to get to, was great to have a washer and dryer and able to launder towels etc.

Perfect for small family

The property is wonderful with amazing grounds. Love the extra beds in the second bedroom as it gave us added room for our kids to have separate beds. Very close to the beach and was perfect for our family.

Great stay!

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights for a wedding and we loved it! Beautiful area and close to lots of restaurants and the beach. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Short drive to St. Pete Beach (approximately 6 minutes). Short drive to local restaurants and shopping. Nice pool(s) and a very safe and friendly neighborhood. Overall great vacation!

Overall good

Property is overall good. Parking was nice, kitchen had all we needed. Some of the blinds were not fully covering the windows on the first floor unit. It was not an overly populated area, but easy drive to get to some of the nearby neighborhoods.

Perfect location!

The condo is located on a beautiful golf course with a very short drive to the beach or a pleasant walk. Great location to water view dining and live music spots. Enjoyed the pool and nice walking paths through the community.

This is a beautiful neighborhood. Everything we wanted was close by...things to do, great restaurants, beautiful beaches, Publix, etc. We felt very comdortable in the unit with a great view!

Great condo and location

We bike and golf and this is a perfect place. We could not play on the adjoining course but there are plenty of courses around St Pete. Terrific restaurants and beaches. Rxcellent bike paths. Condo as advertised. Five stars.

Excellent Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this condo. The location is beautiful with many beaches short distances away, tons of walking paths and a beautiful view of the golf course. The condo was clean and had everyyhing we needed. The host was very responsive to questions and concerns. I highly recommend!

Nice Get Away

Once I found a place we wanted to stay, booking was pretty easy although there was some back and fore concerning the pricing. Our unit was very nicely furnished with a well-stocked kitchen. There's even a full size washer and dryer. Our check-in went well although our parking pass was not in the welcome book. Everyone we met in the complex was very friendly. The pool area is nice and there is a hot tub which we enjoyed.

Beach life

This is one of the best places to stay in the St. Petersburg area, hands-down! Close proximity to a lot of activities, including for De Soto. The beach is there are the best! We will be using this place again in the future for sure. We had the best hosts around and answered all questions promptly. Thank you again for a great stay!!

A beautiful home away from home!

I have been going to St Pete for my whole life and this is definitely the most beautiful condo I’ve ever stayed in. It genuinely felt like a home away from home with the gorgeous interiors. The location is perfect and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We had a couple of minor issues while we stayed there which were sorted immediately. The property manager Kristin was amazing!

Winter getaway

We had a fabulous winter getaway from cold, snowy Michigan! Condo is in such a perfect location, close to the business of St Pete beach, and Pass a Grille, but nice quiet, golf course neighborhood. Condo is very comfortable, roomy, had everything we needed. We had a few small issues, but Kristen was amazing, quick to respond, and very helpful in resolving the problems. Thank you for the fabulous place to enjoy our winter getaway!!
