The Witto House is an elegant cottage nestled in the Wild Hog Mountain valley, surrounded by meadows, streams and woodlands. It features 10-foot ceilings with upscale lighting, beautiful tile throughout, a lanai with spectacular meadow views, and no stairs, a cozy outdoor firepit, a home theater room, and fast fiberoptic internet.

The king size bed is situated in the master studio with a view through the lanai. It has an enormous walk-in closet and an electric fireplace. Crisp white sheets and luxurious duvet make sleeping on this copper-infused memory foam/hybrid mattress a dream.

A queen bed and two bunkbeds (four twins) are located in the bunkhouse. Need to check into work? There is also a workspace desk complete with office products and a printer for your convenience.

A home theater room with a drop-down projector screen separates the sleeping rooms. Your family will enjoy relaxing in the media room on the leather recliner sectional couch, watching movies on the 84" retractable projector screen. A Roku is provided where you can log in to your own streaming services. Enjoy your music inside and outside with whole house audio system over bluetooth or tethering your device directly.

The bathroom features a luxury rainhead shower, plenty of storage cabinets, and bay windows for loads of natural light. The two entrances to the bathroom provide privacy.

Gather the family around the farmhouse table for meals and games while enjoying the ambiance of the wood burning fireplace.

A cozy outdoor firepit is the perfect spot to make s’more memories. At this time, firewood is free and unlimited.

All 200+ acres of Shipps Landing is fenced and/or flanked by the river. There are several trails that wind up into the mountains that are perfect for hiking, mountain biking, and even driving your UTV. Bring a picnic to the mountain tops and enjoy spectacular views of the river valley and the Buffalo National River Wilderness. We are steps from the White River and the best boat ramp into the water.
