Wonderful!!

House was very clean and the neighborhood was great. Quiet and the house was easy to find. I really enjoyed it being a little bit off the main road but not too far either. We really enjoyed our stay! One of the best house we have stayed in while on vacation.

Nice place

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. Good location with being close proximity to everything. House was very clean and organized. Neighbors friendly.

Does communicate well

Got to property with full trash outside, contacted multiple time about the trash with no resolution so had to leave all of our trash from a week next to trash can outside already full from previous guest. Also, air system would automatically reset to 74 degree in middle of night leading to it being hot until the sun went down if not caught. Location was pretty close to everything and house was very nice and clean. Just wish host was a better at communicating about issues.

The house itself was amazing. It was very clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our vacation. We also loved how close it was to the beach, making it very convenient to come and go throughout our stay.The only downside was the communication with the host. We traveled all the way from Texas to Florida and did not receive check-in instructions until just a few hours before arrival. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress, especially since I spent about two hours on the phone with a Vrbo representative while they attempted to contact the host. In my experience, check-in instructions are usually sent the day before or the night prior to arrival, so receiving them only a few hours before check-in was frustrating.Overall, the property itself was excellent, but the communication and check-in process could definitely be improved.
