House was wonderful. Clean considering its a block from the beach. We would definitely love to come back for another vacation. Could use more of a selection to the ping pong table. Lizards were funny to watch on the back pourch.Fireworks were amazing to watch as well.Could have used cleaning supplies as we are clean8ng before we leave.Thank you Jim an Angel as we did encounter a leak an yall did an amazing job taking care of it an us.Definitely coming back this winter vacation.

Spring break

We had a great time at this place. It’s super close to the beach and has an awesome basement area to hang out in. Definitely recommend this place, note that there is not a hot tub. Even still, this place is more than worth it!

Great getaway!!

My family and friends enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property that is a short walk to the beach or only a 30 second drive! The property owner Jim was super helpful and kept the communication open at all times. We will keep this house in our rotation for the next time we visit Panama City Beach!!

Great stay

My friends and I had a wonderful time. The place was clean, with a very fun basement and lots of great space to hang out and enjoy Panama City. The hosts were great people who were very quick with communication and friendly. The house is in a wonderful location, two minute walk to the beach, and fit the seven of us perfectly. Overall awesome experience and definitely would stay again.

My friends and I loved our stay at this beach house. The owner had great communication, and responded quickly. The walk to the beach was very short as well. Our first night, we used the grill to make steaks for a birthday dinner. There were games downstairs and were very fun. We also loved the downstairs area. We would definitely stay here again!

No exactly Picture Perfect!

It’s a nice place, nice area! The cleaners had turned the AC completely off upon our arrival. Which made it difficult to cool down the first night. The property manager was awesome in checking in on us. Overall the house is an older place so it has its quirks. But definitely a great value for a family beach vacation!

The place was dirty!! Upon arrival there was trash all over the yard…The trash had never been picked up.. Sliding door was opened!! There were someone’s shorts left on back deck floor..Furniture very outdated.. Trash can was dirty and rusty..One of the rooms had a broken closet door.. Never even got to watch television because wifi would not connected, and remote control did not have working batteries..I called the host, Jim and he had an attitude and wasn’t helpful at all..There was used soap in bathrooms..Bedding was dirty..The only reason we stayed was because my grandkids were so excited about the trip..This place was horrible..Rust was on shower curtains it was awful!!

I am sorry to read that. You never brought any of that to my attention. There trash was in the front yard on the entire street was delayed due to the holiday. It was picked up the next day. You called regarding the TV Internet connection and it was solved within a few minutes. You. never mentioned to me anything else when I asked if you needed anything else. The house is professionally cleaned for years with the same company. The cleaners strive to do our best to clean and disinfect the house between guests. We take every legitimate concern seriously, and I feel this is not a sincere review. Good luck!
