Take it easy at this unique and tranquil Boho Loft, located in the woods of Long Island on Lake Hamilton. Just off Central Avenue, we are in a quiet, safe neighborhood with convenient access to all the popular Hot Springs attractions.
The Boho Loft is the upstairs unit of our A-frame house. The loft is completely updated for 2022 with a new kitchen and appliance. It's a cozy gem with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a meal or coffee on our covered porch with a view of the woods.
The space: The house has two units, one upstairs and one downstairs (also available on Airbnb) with separate entrances. You have exclusive access to the upstairs unit. There is one bedroom, one bathroom, and an open living room, dining room, and kitchen.

Why they chose this property
We love A-frames, and this house was very unique as it had two units, one upstairs and one downstairs. The house needed some updates, but it had a unique charm and character to the spaces. In 2022, we gutted the upstairs and rebuilt the kitchen the way we wanted. For months, we scoured local antique stores looking for unique items and fun furniture to fit Luiza's vision for The Boho Loft. We are really proud of how it turned out and for doing all the work ourselves. And we hope you will enjoy staying here!
What makes this property unique
I love our location in the quiet woods of Long Island. We are close to everything at Lake Hamilton, and just a few minutes from downtown Hot Springs. And yet it feels like a real get-away, miles from the busyness of the city. We love sitting on the covered porch, with a cup of coffee in the morning, and listening to the birds.
