The house is very spacious. Large front & back decks. Newer furniture through-out. The house is on a lagoon and you can bring a boat. Fits a 30 foot boat. Ocean access is close. Enjoy water access and other activities such as paddle boarding, biking, and fishing. Pool coming soon! The main level consists of 1 queen bedroom, a hallway bath and the master suit that consists of 1 king bed and private bathroom. Upstairs is for owner use only and will be locked otherwise. Outdoor surveillance devices are only used for security purposes.
