Great spot in Bethel
Our group really enjoyed our stay. There are certain things that I wish we had more control over (the heat pads on the stairs to the hot tub for example). Overall a great spot for heading to Sunday River.

Great location!
This home is 10-12 minutes from Sunday River and walking distance to the shops, restaurants and new bowling alley in downtown Bethel. The house is a quaint old New England farmhouse which is very, very well outfitted for a rental and has tons of sleeping. The wide pine hardwood floors provide character and charm. Because of era of home, the layout on second floor in slightly quirky but is not problematic. The outdoor hot tub is large and welcome after a long day of skiing. The owner returns questions with answers immediately. I highly recommend this home - especially for large groups.

I was born and raised in Massachusetts, but I am an avid skier! Bethel is the perfect spot for my friends and I to enjoy in the winter and the summer. It is my goal to make sure my renters feel safe, welcome, and at home. I have done multiple home improvement projects so far to make the house more enjoyable, such as adding a hot tub and a back deck. I plan to continue improving my home for myself and my renters to enjoy for years to come!
