The gated, oceanfront complex includes luxe features including an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and well-groomed with picnic grilling areas. You need a heads up

Loved the fact it was with an ocean front . Sitting on balcony watching the sun come up was my favorite part!

Needs work overpriced for what we got

The furnace filter hadn’t been changed in almost a year and was thick with grime. We checked it because we were sneezing. This should be put on your regular maintenance list. They did deliver one the next day, after I had gotten 4 separate texts asking what the size of the filter was. The beds need replacing you can stand out by the bedroom door and see body impressions on the mattresses, so we’re very uncomfortable except for the twin, which I slept in because I felt springs in the other mattress. The fans in the bathrooms are as old as the building and need to be replaced they are so noisy that we didn’t use them which is probably why the paint on the ceiling over the shower is peeling. The fabric on a chair on the balcony was ripped so we did not dare sit in it. The cushions on the couch looked so awful we covered it with a blanket before we would sit down. There were three different styles of mismatched furniture on the balcony, we expected more for $$$$ we were charged. The carpet in the bedrooms were stained, it should be replaced with something that holds up better than carpet. In the bedroom with two beds, no clock and nowhere to plug in a clock or my phone that was close enough for me to see what time it was at night. One lamp had a burned out lightbulb and in another lamp there was no lightbulb. We asked for replacements at the same time we asked for a clean air filter, but did not get any. The grime on the shades in the bedrooms was significant. It would only take a bit of time and paint to repair the chipped paint on the wall corners. To me the nice view is the best that this place had to offer, but this place needs to be repaired and refreshed, in its current state it is way over priced. I generally use VRBO when I travel and have always been satisfied, this was a huge disappointment.

Pre-Labor day stay

I stayed for 4 days just prior to Labor Day. Very nice, very clean, well kept, great view of sunrises, right on the beach, almost a 'secluded' feel, management was great about early access and late checkout (cleaning group did not show up early "just to see if I was out" and making you feel rushed an not leave relaxed). I would recommend and stay again.
