Beachfront complex with pool ~ 2312 Villamare

One of Hilton Head’s Best! 2312 Villamare is a 2BR/2BA beach retreat perfect for 6 guests. Located in the Palmetto Dunes community, Villamare provides an array of amenities for guests including, outdoor and indoor pools and hot tubs, a gym, and beach access with outdoor showers. The community will have a heated pool through November 30th. There is also a fire pit available over the winter to relax with friends and family in the cooler evenings.
The location is hard to beat with multiple golf courses, local restaurants, and beautiful parks all at a leisurely drive away. Spend your vacation on island time as the community’s beach access is in walking distance of this unit.

This unit has everything you will need for a peaceful stay. The stylish living room is the perfect spot to catch up on your favorite show or step out onto the patio to enjoy the tropical foliage of the surrounding complex. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, including a dishwasher. Attached to the kitchen, there is a washer/dryer. The bedrooms are on each end of the condo which adds privacy. Each has the added luxury of balcony access and attached bathrooms.

This property is not pet-friendly. Parking is available for up to 2 cars with the purchase of resort parking passes for payment on your guest account. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. Great location and easy to check in. Very nice location in Palmetto Dunes. Close to general store, tennis courts etc. The condo is large and had plenty of room for our family. the pool area is very nice as well. The only gripe is it’s a pretty dated condo. Could use a refresh with better fixtures, more comfortable furniture, a pantry for food storage, updates in general. The only other thing we noticed were the pillows were rock hard and too big.

We love Palmetto Dunes, it is the perfect location on the island. Villamare is a nice property - right on the beach with a really nice pool area. This condo has a beautiful view from the balcony. We stayed 4 nights and found it to have everything we needed.

Wonderful property!

My husband and our two kids (10 and 6) loved this property! The separate bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for us. We cooked breakfast each morning and loved the view! We didn't want to leave!

So location and the property itself was perfect the room was a little outdated and started with tv failure that was fixed next morning to ending with a dishwasher failure on the last day some of the furniture was not what I’d say would be beach comfy but we had a great time room was clean and hope the room gets some much needed upgrades

Really enjoyed our stay. Condo was so nice and clean. Great views. The only issue we had was trying to get our 2nd parking pass. Rental company was great at trying to get the issue resolved. The pass office had set the 2nd pass to the side, but finally found it.

Very nice place!

Lovely location and view! The furniture is a bit much and crowded. Love that each bedroom had their own balcony. A map to the building when arriving in the dark would be very useful. Please check the doorstop on front bedroom as it is quite loose. Overall, a very nice stay!

Everything was 5 stars. The only downfall was we weren't on the list for the parking pass, one phone call and that was taken care of immediately. Then our code we were given to the room didn't work and they had to remotely open the door and gave us a new code. But after that everything was awesome!
