Living space

The villa has been thoughtfully renovated throughout, with updated interiors that feel bright and welcoming from the moment you arrive. A dedicated workspace and smart lock self check-in mean arrivals are seamless and work-from-vacation is entirely possible. The dining table seats the group comfortably, and the TV is ready for evening wind-downs after long days out.



Kitchen & dining

The fully renovated kitchen is well-equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full group dinners. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and a complete set of dishes and silverware - everything you need to cook and eat in without a trip to the store.



Sleeping arrangements

The main level holds one bedroom, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid the stairs. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms provide plenty of room for families or groups - one of which functions flexibly as a den or secondary sleeping space. Across three bedrooms and four beds, the villa sleeps up to six guests comfortably.



Bathroom

Two updated bathrooms serve the villa, each finished with a fresh, light aesthetic. One includes a bathtub for longer soaks after active days. Both are stocked with the essentials - hot water, a hair dryer, and cleaning products - so you can settle in without unpacking everything at once.



Laundry & home comforts

A washer and dryer are available in-unit, along with an iron, hangers, bed linens, and towels. Air conditioning and heating keep the villa comfortable regardless of the weather, and smoke and carbon monoxide alarms plus a fire extinguisher are in place throughout.



Pool & resort access

As a Turnberry Village guest, you have access to the community pool complex, complete with a gazebo - a great spot to spend a slow afternoon between adventures. The resort access included with your stay opens up Palmetto Dunes' wider facilities as well.



Location

Palmetto Dunes is an oceanfront resort community built around an 11-mile lagoon system that winds through the entire property - ideal for a leisurely afternoon of canoeing or kayaking. Palmetto Dunes Outfitters can set you up with everything you need. The resort's award-winning pickleball and tennis courts are nearby, and the beach is reachable on foot or by bike. Dining, shopping, and further activities are all close to hand, making this villa a well-positioned base for however you like to spend your days on the island.

* Palmetto Dunes is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Free access to The Dunes Buggy transportation which provides courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove mid-March through mid-September. This on-demand service dispatches vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis!

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.



Palmetto Dunes Buggy Service

Free shuttle service. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service provides complimentary transportation within the Palmetto Dunes Resort and Shelter Cove Harbor. Don't worry about renting a car or spending money on getting to and from all the amenities and things to do at Palmetto Dunes.



The shuttle service will take you to the beach, golf courses, restaurants, shops, and tennis courts at Palmetto Dunes. It will also bring you to Shelter Cove Harbour, Towne Center, and the Plaza. This area is bustling and offers plenty of activities and things to do just off-site.



The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service is available seasonally from April to September. Each van is dispatched on a first-come, first serve basis by request. Typically vans arrive within 10 minutes of a call.
