About this property

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly 3 bedroom apartment, right in the heart of Worcester! We gave this home a modern look and feel so you can get settled in easily during your stay. Within a 6 block radius of downtown, you can walk to local restaurants, cafés, and bars. Thank you for checking us out and we look forward to hosting you and your loved ones!

*THE SPACE*
This is a second floor unit in a 3 family apartment. Private entrance with a keypad.

Living room has a 70 inch Roku smart tv with streaming apps available for guests. Wi-Fi is free for guests to enjoy.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Guests are allowed to use everything provided in the kitchen during their stay.

First and second bedroom have a queen size bed that sleeps 2. Third bedroom has two twin beds. If you’re a guest traveling with a baby, we have a pack & play for your kiddo(s) to sleep comfortably & safely.

We offer a hair dryer and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body soap, & shower gel for our guests.

We have a great cleaning team that keeps our home clean and linens fresh.

Security cameras are located on the outside of the home.

*PARKING & GETTING AROUND*
There is only off street (free) parking available to guests. (Parking is a slight incline) If you’re a guest that doesn’t mind public transportation, Worcester City Bus stops right in front of our home!

House rules include:

-NO parties or event
-NO pets
-NO smoking or vaping inside of home.
-Check in is after 4 pm.
-Check out is after 11 am.
-Smoking is allowed outside, please pick up cigarette butts.
-We do not offer parking. There is street parking available.
- No extra guests that were not listed on original reservation.
-No tampering with electronics, wifi, smoke detectors, door locks, or security cameras. (Security cameras are ONLY located outside of property for safety).
-Quiet hours are from 10pm-6am

Cozy Home Close to Downtown Worcester

I really enjoyed my stay at Jeffrey's house. The unit is located in a residential neighborhood not too far from downtown Worcester (~15 minute walk). Although the house isn't much to look at from the outside, the inside is very cozy and was the perfect place to stay. The home was well-equipped with towels, blankets, snacks, and water bottles and was easy to get in and out of thanks to keypads on the front door and the unit door. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Sketchy Neighborhood with Multiple Cop Activity

The apartment was nice and clean but the neighborhood was beyond sketchy. We unfortunately had to leave early as there was way too much police presence 3 out of the 4 days we were there. Man arrested across the street after being chased on foot, neighbors using profanity banging cars and fighting, and then which is the final reason we left, was basically a hostage situation (man acting erratically with a gun) a few houses down for 2+ hours with swat team with guns drawn and rifles drawn. It was even all over the news and I have video proof. Worst stay of our lives unfortunately!
