Beachfront on Ground Floor! Gorgeous Views!! 2 Bedroom/2 Bath

Sea Vista Condominiums is the closest complex to the water in all of South Padre Island. Our unit is located on the Ground Floor, with access to the beach from our back door. There is a TV in the master, guest room and living area. Master has a King bed, guest room has 2 queen beds. We have our own personal charcoal grill on our patio and 2 Adirondack chairs.
Access to the beach from our back door!! No need to tote your beach supplies and coolers up and down the stairs or elevators. No need to worry about the elevator breaking down! Just simply walk out our back door walk a few steps to the boardwalk and you are on the beach. Our unit has a beautiful view straight to the ocean. We take incredible care of our homes. We want you to feel like you are at home and not a "rental". If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway...this is it!

We also own a 3 bedroom 2 bath located next door to this unit and it was completely renovated in 2020. It is VRBO#1574611

Why they chose this property

We rented a condo at Sea Vista in 2008, and we were hooked! We were not actively looking for property, but just fell in love with this complex. We looked all over the island, but nothing was comparable. Having four boys, convenience is a priority. The convenience of having a Ground Floor unit is undeniable! The boys will play for hours on the sand and dunes while we either keep an eye on them from the patio or from either the master bedroom , living area or kitchen.

What makes this property unique

We simply enjoy taking those morning walks on the beach. The boys will pull out the metal detector and continue to attempt to find those lost treasures from days of old. So far, the best treasure they have found was a Thomas the Tank train.... they have not given up hope.
