Welcome to OCEAN VISTA TOWERS #101, NEW LUXURY GROUNDFLOOR CONDO!! our family's NEW 3 bedroom/3 bath, beachfront condo in South Padre Island, Texas.

Our CONDO is ALL NEW REMODELED (JANUARY 2019) tile, showers, bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, furniture, decor, accessories, beds, ALL NEW! We have new WINDOWS, too (January 2023)

Our condominium is ground floor in front of the pool and a few steps from the beach. Enjoy the panoramic views from the master bedroom and living room. Relax on the patio in the evening and enjoy the sound of the ocean and the peacefulness provided by a very exclusive luxurious condominium, located 1.3 miles north of the bridge on the beachfront. You can walk only 1 block to Blue Marlin supermarket.

It is a gated community with large inside parking lot, and we have COVERED PARKING, with a manager on site.

Our condo is an excellent option, in the master bedroom we have a KING size bed, in the second bedroom we have 2 QUEEN beds, and in the 3rd bedroom we have 2 FULL beds. Also it has QUARTZ countertops and a fully equipped kitchen.

We have a SMART TV 75" in living room (with cable). In MASTER BEDROOM a SMART TV 43" (no cable), in 2nd bedroom, we have a SMART TV 43" (no cable), and in 3rd bedroom also a SMART TV 43" (no cable). All tv with NETFLIX FOR FREE......

A washer and dryer machine inside the condo. Table sits 8 people at the dining table and in the kitchen bar we also have 4 seats.

Bring your laptop, we have WI-FI internet service.

The minimum stay required for long term in winter is 2 months

This is a NO SMOKING condo and NO PETS ALLOWED, NO EXTRA PEOPLE, NO PARTIES

We have a large pool, a kiddie pool (heated) and also jacuzzi.

You cant use BBQ GRILLS, only ELECTRIC GRILL

Are place was amazing! Newly remodeled and the inside was roomy and had everything we could want. Great location to everything,lots of things with in walking distance. Had to contact our host and she got right back to us. All 6 of us will definitely be returning.

This property is even better in person than the listing photos display, inside and outside. The space was very clean with an ideal layout. The ease of access to the pool and parking cannot get any better, especially with the amount of things we brought for all our young children. The kitchen was better stocked than our home with every essential and non-essential that you could need, including top of the line pots and pans for cooking. Even our children commented on how nice the place was and that it was their favorite room at Ocean Vista. Ana's response time was rapid and she was a great host. We will absolutely be requesting a return stay in this space.

2 family get away

We had 5 kids between 2 and 14 and the property worked perfectly for us. First floor was so handy with getting to the pool and beach or just going out to walk. Places to eat were not far at all and we felt we could walk to a lot of places.

Perfect location!!!

This condo could not have been more perfect for our group of 7 adults. The grocery store was two blocks away and the bars and restaurants were within walking distance. The beach and pool were steps from the backyard. We could not be happier with our stay!

Weather was bad, but stay was lovely

The place was very nice (second time we have booked there). The beach weather was not good but we still had a great time because the outdoor table is under a ledge so rain didn’t affect us. We had a wonderful time sitting out there and didn’t have to worry about the rain! Will definitely book again!

Condo much nicer in person than website pictures — we were all very impressed and pleased!! Great location, easy access to the pool and beach!! Extremely well - equipped kitchen!! Obvious that staff pay attention to detail! Beds on the firm side, but otherwise totally positive!! Would definitely stay here again!!

PERFECT CONDO! we are very satisfied with ocean vista 101, the location is perfect, we are a family with kids and we can seat outside and take care of our kids while they are in pool, also the spaces are great for us, very clean and well maintained (also owner will change tiles and decoration on winter) highly recommended

Great for Families!

This is our second stay & we will most likely go back! We love the ground floor and the easy access to the pool. The condo has everything you need. The only issue was that the electricity was out for a couple of hours one day (there wasn’t a storm) and the water was off twice. Also, we were given the wrong gate code to the complex & could not get in when we arrived.

Modern Condo

Condo is very clean and spacious. Kitchen was very well equipped. Easy access from the parking lot. Other reviewers have commented on the beds being hard and we would have to agree with them. Great access to the pool and beach. Privacy shades would be nice in the living room just so people couldn’t see in at night if they walk by, but it wouldn’t deter us from staying again. Overall, it was a great stay.

Have stayed in this unit a couple years ago and liked it. Well equipped and clean. Handy to parking. Now the really bad part. Pretty significant infestation of roaches.
