Our peaceful community thrives on mutual respect. Please keep noise to a minimum and avoid parties or loud music. By treating our home as your own and being considerate of neighbors, you help preserve the tranquil atmosphere we all value.

★ No Smoking★
No smoking or vaping inside, please. Evidence of smoking will require special odor removal and incur an additional $500 cleaning charge.

★ Pet-Friendly Home ★
Pets welcome with prior approval! Pets require host discussion and approval before booking. A one-time $107 pet cleaning fee applies.

Please inform us about the number and breeds of your pets in advance. While we love furry friends, unauthorized pets will incur a $200 fee.

For security purposes, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance of the unit.

★ Extended Stays ★
For extended stays, we provide a complimentary starter kit of essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, shampoo, and conditioner. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their refills.

★ Lease Agreement Required ★
All extended stay guests are required to sign a renter's agreement and upload their ID to confirm the reservation.

To ensure a safe experience for everyone, we may request verification before your stay, including a government-issued ID, contact confirmation, matching credit card, and occasionally a background check. Your information is used solely for verification purposes and is not retained.
