The location was perfect for our activities at the Convention Center and the shopping nearby. The property was just as described, with comfortable and clean bedrooms and living space. Well equipped kitchen was a plus! We highly recommend this location. Communication with property owner/management was excellent.

Nice location and very nice house

Location is off the main parkway by one street! Quiet, but easy to get onto the main road.House had everything we needed and stayed cool during over 100 degree weather!

Cozy House just off Main Rd

Great location and very clean home! We were there for a baseball tournament and it was centrally located between all of our games. Our favorite part was the great water pressure in the showers.

Great Location

This location is excellent! So close to the antique stores, retail shopping, restaurants, entertainment! The neighborhood is quiet and seems safe, as we’ve had no problems. Beautiful backyard with a creek in the back. Pictures on listing are accurate. The washer and dryer were a bonus to have included as well. Highly recommend this house for a vacation stay!

By the River

Located a block off the Parkway in a lightly populated area on the north side of Sevierville right on the Little Pigeon River. Convenient to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and surrounding area. Surprising quiet and peaceful. Clean and perfect for a week away. Enjoyed our time there.

We stayed the weekend while my granddaughter played in a volleyball tournament. The house is close to the main parkway and five minutes from the convention center. It was clean and well stocked with everything you need. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Convenient & Location

I brought my 2 Aunts (70’s). It is a very convenient location & the house was set up that they were comfortable. The 2 bathrooms made it very nice especially with the shower, it was very accessible for my aunt with mobility issues. Only complaint is the beds were extremely firm & need more than 2 coffee cups. If you forget anything there’s a General right on the corner! I

Superb stay and view.

Linda was a great host, even leaving snacks and other goodie for our enjoyment. The unit was very clean and met our desires. There was a couple of issues that needed addressed. I contacted Linda about this, and they were taken care of in an expedient manner.

Not a tourist spot!

This house was awesome. Lots of space and room! I love it because it’s not like all the condos up the roads in tourist hot spots. You’re about an hour away from everything- so easily able to go hike, River rafting, even check out downtown Gatlinburg. What I loved was going back to the quiet of the house and watching fireflies out by the river. Will come back for sure

Weekend getaway

We took our adult children and grandchildren for a weekend getaway. We visited Dolly’s Stampede and Dollywood. This vrbo was the perfect place for a small family to do do so. Washer/ Dryer, Kitchen was very well equipped, two baths. Hot tub. We took toilet tissue, paper towels , laundry detergent, dish liquid, dish washer pods but all that was provided, so we left it for the next guest. Thank you for our wonderful visit!!!
