Located in downtown Waco, you’re just steps from the Magnolia Silos, with Fabled Bookstore around the corner, Spice Market up the street, and Austin Avenue two blocks away. Restaurants, shopping, and downtown attractions are all within easy walking distance. For Baylor events, a stadium shuttle picks up just two blocks away, making trips to McLane Stadium, the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame, and the Texas Sports Hall of Fame simple and stress-free. Traveling with kids? The Mayborn Museum and Cameron Park Zoo are nearby, and BSR Cable Park is only about 15 minutes away.

Gather together around the dining area, or relax on the comfortable furniture to watch a movie or game on the 72-inch Samsung Frame TV. The living room TV includes streaming apps and cable, and Wi-Fi is provided throughout the space. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals or quick snacks, and electronically controlled window blinds make it easy to adjust lighting throughout the condo. Families are welcome, and a pack ’n play is available upon request.

The building offers easy access with a rear ramp and two elevators. One designated parking space is located directly behind the building. As with most downtown locations, guests may experience typical city sounds. Guests must be 21 or older to book.
