Clean, great location

We had a good nights sleep. We attended a performance at the Paramount Theatre. The location was perfect. Host was great recommendations and was quick to respond to questions.

Brett was an amazing host! The Lasso Lounge was cozy and comfortable. Location was great with a Walmart up the street and easy access to the highway. Brett stayed engaged with us and made sure my fiance and I were comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Abilene! Thanks Brett!

Copper HS Graduation

We were in town for graduation, but didn’t to stay in a hotel. They seem to be not the cleanest and loud. We were super happy about staying in this cute place. We would love to stay there again when we come back to town.

Great little house!

We loved our short stay at the Rustic Chic Guesthouse in Abilene. It was super close to ACU, very clean, and quaint. We will definitely stay again as we visit Abilene often to see our kids.

Lasso Lounge experience

The property was just as advertised and more. Very cozy, comfortable and conveniently located. We were very pleased with the whole experience. We will definitely go back in the future when we are in the Abilene area.

HSU Visit

Second Visit — My First Choice When Visiting Abilene

This is my second stay at the Lasso Lounge, and it is always the first place I check for availability when I'm planning a trip to Abilene. You get so much more here than at a hotel room. The bed is very comfortable, the towels are thick and soft, and the kitchenette is handy for making a quick breakfast. Rustic chic is a good description for the place — it's done with style and fun. The location is great — right next to Hardin-Simmons and Hendrick Medical Center, but honestly, it's easy to get anywhere in Abilene from here. And you don't have to deal with the crazy scary frontage roads where most hotels in town are located. Communication with the host is fast and easy. You feel welcome.

Wonderful Abilene oasis!

Excellent stay from start to finish! Adorable and well cared for property with a great theme! Super clean, easy to get to, and a lot of character. Communication with the host was the best in all my years of using VRBO. Would recommend and stay again and again!!

Great stay!

Our son had a campus visit at HSU so we needed a place to stay overnight. This was perfect!! Close to campus with everything we needed. We plan to stay here again as our son has committed to play football at HSU! Go Cowboys!

This was a perfect place for us! It was just a few minutes away from the University! It is uniquely designed and very cozy. A/C worked perfectly for the hot days, and small touches made it very welcoming. We’ll be back!

We stayed for a week and were very pleased with everything. Brett was very helpful and prompt with the few questions we had. He gave us excellent recommendations for the area and has an amazing place!! Our stay was perfect. When we come the next time, we will definitely stay at this property!
