Situated on a quiet street lined with historic bungalows, Walla Walla Getaway is a 10 min walk to Whitman College and 15 min walk to downtown Walla Walla. Extensivey remodled. Charming details include luxury bedding, hard wood floors, covered back porch and yard, front porch coffee nook, a fully equipped kitchen and many indoor and outdoor spaces to relax.

What could be better after a full day of wine tasting then coming home to Walla Walla Getaway? Situated on a quiet street lined with historic bungalows. The house is a cozy Arts & Crafts bungalow that boasts many lovely details such as quality original built-ins, leaded glass windows, hardwood floors, high ceilings, pedestal bathroom sink, subway tiled shower, a built-in window seat and a fully equipped foodie lover's kitchen. We provide quality Egyptian bath towels, exclusive spa quality bedding along with cozy pillows/plush microfiber blankets and other quality details. The eclectic furnishings encompass many one of a kind, original pieces, antiques, vintage & whimsical pieces. The house has just been completely remodeled and blends its charming history with brand new amenities.

The outdoor spaces consist of an old fashioned covered front porch (a great place to relax dawn to dusk) and out the back door you will find a covered deck along with a fenced backyard--perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or barbecuing on warm evenings. Yes, an outdoor gas grill is provided too!

There are two bedrooms on one level with two bathrooms conveniently located on the main floor. A third bedroom and bathroom is located on the second floor. The large dining room is great for entertaining and the large kitchen has lots of counter space and cupboards. You will find the kitchen to be fully equipped--including staples such as flour, sugar and coffee, as well as a complimentary bottle of local Walla Walla wine!

Beautiful home for couples or a group of friends visiting Walla Walla either for college tours or wine tasting. The house is closer to college than to downtown area but super easy for either option. The interior is beautiful - we went in winter so did not spend anytime outside. The owner has made it so easy to find everything. Beds were super comfortable, plenty of pillows, towels, coffee, wine opener. We did not cook anything but the kitchen appeared to be fully set up. There were three couples and everyone had a great time.

Whitman getaway

Super cute house! Very comfortable and clean. Great location that is a nice walk to downtown. We enjoyed everything about our stay from the cozy beds to the rocking chairs to the bottle of wine.

Wonderful stay.

The house was great or five of us to stay for Fall release weekend. The three bedrooms and bathrooms worked great for us. The house was equipped with all we needed. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and close to downtown Walla Walla and many wineries makes it great. We would pick the house again next time coming to Walla Walla

Gourmet Kitchen!

Hands down the nicest vacation rental I’ve stayed in. Comfy, spacious, with room for all 6 of us and the sound of frogs at night. The kitchen has every appliance an amateur chef could want. Easy walk to campus and Pioneered Park. 13/10 would stay there again

Nice location, clean house, great layout

We stayed here this past weekend while visiting family in Walla Walla. The house easily absorbed my two kids, and my elderly parents. The kitchen has everything you need, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the neighbor even has a water feature with a few frogs living in it! Nice walking neighborhood. Definitely recommend.

Fabulous Walla Walla house

Beautiful 3 bed/3 bath property in Walla Walla, close to Whitman College. Charming older home with updates made just right to make everything comfortable. Well supplied/excellent all around

We have stayed at many VRBOs. This one is at the top of the list. All the supplies you could ask for. Kathy was great. Beds very comfortable and easy walk to Whitman College and down town. BBQ in back yard was a nice feature. You can't go wrong booking this house. Look forward to coming back.

One of the BEST we've stayed in

This was the perfect house for our wine-tasting friends reunion. Dividing the bedrooms was a breeze because they were all really nice and the beds were comfortable and all had their own bathroom (not necessarily en suite but easy to get to). The living room was comfortable, the tv room was very comfortable, the kitchen had more than you could use. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evenings on the back patio. The extra touches (a jar full of hair ties!) were appreciated and just made us love this property even more.

Walla Walla Wonderful!

2 other couples and we spent 3 nights in Walla Walla for wine tasting. This house was amazing! We all felt at home, welcomed, and comfortable there. It's always a little stressful choosing a place from pictures and reviews, but this place is better than any other VRBO we have rented. Note: Check what the owner supplies before you go to the grocery store. You might not need as much as you think. Thanks, Kathy for a great stay!
