This property was PERFECT!Clean, well laid out and close proximity to the square!Property manager was attentive, friendly and responsive to any of our questions and needs!
Safety - Broiler is not working; no bath mat in second bathroom (liability if slip and fall)Bedding, layout, kitchen all very goodThe coffee provided was very week and the bathroom amenities (gel, shampoo) was hotel like in nature -- might be less expensive with provide pump bulk and coffee

Larger than expected and well equipped. Fantastic location within walking distance to the Plaza, Railyard & Canyon Road. We loved relaxing on the patio after a day of exploring. We’d definitely stay here again.
Sante Fe is definitely an adult spot. Lots of shops and good restaurants., particularly New Mexican. History is interesting as well although this was impacted by the Federal govt. shutdown . We missed not being able to see Bandelier. You could do this trip in 5 days although we stayed 7. The condo was i n an excellent location and met all our needs.

The condos are in perfect condition and we’ll equipped. I’ll rent again!
Condo was close to downtown and easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We did experience loud neighbors at 1am the first night, shut the windows and used the ac the rest of the visit.
Disappointed in the quality of the MBR mattress. Seems old with poor support. Also disappointed that in this day and age there aren't easy power source on both sides of a king bed.
We were a group of 4 of 60+ college girlfriends. The condo was perfect for us! Very Clean and well appointed. The Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable Living room and beds! Very Convienient and walkable to the town center. Antonette was our contact person and she was awesome. Very attentive! Wonderful stay in lovely Santa Fe. Would definitely rent again!
We totally loved the location of the condo as it was such an easy walk to our favorite restaurants and shopping area. The layout of the condo was wonderful. One complaint was that the thermostat could not be turned down lower than 69 degrees making it way to warm for sleeping at night in August, especially when we're used to sleeping at 67 degrees (or lower), and only one fan was provided. The other complaint was the internet did not work on the 2nd day and the bandwidth on the first day was very slow.
We loved staying at the Zona Rosa! The manager was easy to reach, location was prime, and unit had everything we needed! Overall, we loved our stay. Check in & check out was seamless.
The only suggestions I have for visitors coming in from out of town is:
1) Check the fireplace flue damper before starting a fire. Instructions posted said it was open, but the previous guest shut it, which resulted in the fire alarms sounding & some chaos. Issue was corrected the next morning my the on-site manager.
2) If you prefer a softer bed, bring a foam topper because the mattresses are very firm. I'd also suggest bringing your own pillows because the pillows were very flat. We ended up buying some during our stay because sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. But, now we know & we'll surely come prepared next time!
