The beautiful surroundings are right outside the door. Here you can go for walks, bike rides or hikes and enjoy the outdoors. The Mönchsweg is only 1 km away, to the Baltic Sea you drive 40 minutes by car. Also attractive cities, which have a lot to offer, are within easy reach: from cozy shopping in 8 km away Bad Segeberg, about numerous cultural highlights in Segeberg, Plön, Eutin or Lübeck to an exciting nightlife in Hamburg.

The apartment, which leads up to a staircase, is accessible via a separate entrance. Expanded to a small seat you can enjoy the morning sun or end the day in the fresh air. The apartment is located in the 1st. Floor of our house, so you have a unique view over the meadows and expanses of the area. Floor-to-ceiling windows to the south and west allow much light into the rooms. The modern kitchen finds its attractive complement in a cozy dining area, which emphasizes individual living with character. Through a glass door and a window element directly connected to the light-flooded living room, the room visually opens up to the horizon. The kitchen has a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and fridge. It is fully furnished and gives the pleasure of cooking and enjoying a space. The dining area offers plenty of space to work, play, even leave a newspaper or celebrate a long and extensive meal. The bedroom with a double bed creates with its floor-to-ceiling windows and invites you to relax. The village location of the house promises rest for a restful sleep. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a sink. A hair dryer is available.
