Two-level layout:
Ground floor: Guest bathroom, living room with large dining table, stove, TV, couch; music room adjoining the living room with a (sleeper) couch, fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and dryer, access to the covered patio
Upper level: Bathroom with double sinks, shower, toilet, bedroom 1 with a 180 x 200 cm bed (can be separated into two 90 x 200 cm beds if needed), TV, closet, access to the balcony, Bedroom 2 with a 180 x 200 cm bed (can be separated into two 90 x 200 cm beds if needed), TV, wardrobe, access to the balcony, Bedroom 3 with 2 beds, each 90 x 200 cm, TV, linen storage



, House Nils (approx. 134 sqm, rated 4* by the DTV) and House Nele (approx. 78 sqm, rated 3* by the DTV) are two well-equipped holiday rentals located near the forest and nature reserve. Hiking and biking trails are easily accessible. The houses are located on a quiet cul-de-sac. The town of Bark is part of the Bad Segeberg district and borders the Barker Heide nature reserve. Via the B206, you can reach the A7 and A21 highways in just a few minutes, and from Bark-Bockhorn you can quickly reach both the Baltic Sea and cities such as Hamburg, Kiel, Lübeck, Neumünster, Bad Bramstedt, and Bad Segeberg.
The bedrooms are equipped with TVs, have carpeted floors, and are all located on the upper floor. Both houses feature a guest bathroom, a shower room, a kitchen, and access to the outdoor area/terraces.
Non-smoking accommodation. The facilities are not wheelchair accessible and are not suitable for people with allergies. A parking space is available directly at the house for your car.



On-site costs: The nightly rate includes, among other things, bed linens, towels, final cleaning, and Wi-Fi access. Only one pet (dog) may be brought along, subject to prior arrangement. The pet fee is 40.00 EUR.

Wundervoll!

Wir haben wirklich noch nie eine solch tolle Unterkunft gehabt! So viel Liebe zum Detail bei der Einrichtung/Gestaltung des Hauses, so eine liebevolle Vorbereitung für die Gäste - es ist wirklich an alles gedacht - hat man selten gesehen!!! Vielen lieben Dank dafür!

Schönes Haus

Das Haus entsprach voll unseren Vorstellungen. Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus. Nur ein Wermutstropfen: für ältere Menschen sind die Betten zu flach, die Matratzen sind zu „weich“ , ein höherer Härtegrad wäre besser.

Gelungenes Pfingstwochenende!

Wir haben ein sehr schönes und entspanntes Pfingstwochenende zwischen den Meeren verbracht. Das Ferienhaus bietet mehr als genügend Platz und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Soviel in der Küche als auch im Musikzimmer fehlt es nichts. Gerne wieder!

Tolle Ferienwohnung für die ganze Familie

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Baby dort gewesen um 2 Tage urlaub zu machen. Schon vor Anreise war die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin über Telefon oder Email einfach und schnell und so konnten wir ohne Probleme festlegen wann wir ankommen werden und wo der schlüssel zu finden ist. Die Wohnung ist schön groß und sehr sauber. Es ist auch an alles gedacht, von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern über Kaffemaschine bis hin zu Speisekarten um Essen zu bestellen. Auch kam die Vermieterin nochmal vorbei um sich zu erkundigen ob alles ok ist oder man etwas brauche. Alles in allem Absolut zu Empfehlen!!!
