Everything was so nice & clean when we arrived, also smelt really clean! Overall a safe and nice location. .5 rating because upstairs neighbors were noisy some nights. But other than that it was good, host also let us check-in early and answered quickly!

This studio includes everything that you need and is so close to the PCH. It's a wonderful stay with all the amenities and Joe is there to help you if you need it. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect location for visiting family in nearby Palos Verdes. The apartment is small but functional, nicely outfitted for two people. We were able to fix breakfast and join our family later in the morning for the day's activities. Conveniently located near shopping. Quiet and cozy getaway

We stayed here while my husband had a week long class in the area. It was very accessible to everything we needed but was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Furnishings were tasteful and functional. Full size refrigerator, two burners, and toaster oven more than took care of all of our cooking needs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! thank you!

Amazing and convenient stay!

My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our stay here. The apartment was extremely clean, smelled wonderful and the presentation of the whole place was so welcoming. It was a perfect home away from home experience and I highly recommend staying here if your are visiting cities in and around Long Beach. Joe was absolutely fantastic in his communication from check in to check out. He was super accommodating and attentive to our needs during our stay. The area is safe, clean and quiet. Staying here definitely made our visit to California super enjoyable and we know where we will be staying when we come back! Thanks again, Joe!

Perfect stay! And so much better than a hotel. This property is cozy and clean. And it has all the amenities of being at home. It is very comfortable for two people or a small family. I stayed with my mother who has limited mobility. It was perfect for the two of us. It was easy to care for her there. Parking is hard to find in the greater L.A. area. The parking for this unit is right in front of the door. This made getting my mom in and unloading our things a breeze! This location is very close to Pacific Coast Highway and just minutes from major freeways. This is roughly 20 minutes away from some of the nicest beaches and views in SoCal. We visited family in Carson (10 minute drive) and Long Beach (20 minute drive). The owner has very easy instructions available. So the property was easy to find and all amenities were easy to use. He is also very kind and responds quickly if you have any questions or concerns. I truly hope to stay here for my future Los Angeles visits.
